   I had an excellent experience at Sushi Dragon. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.    Sushi was freshly prepared and perfectly balanced, not dry at all. My only comment would be that the wasabi could be a bit spicier, but I get that this could be to accommodate a Western palate, so fair enough. The service was friendly and the atmosphere of this section of the Arndale I always enjoy as there are many characters and cultures stopping here stopping for a bite. Highly Recommended.

   I went to Sushi Dragon on my lunch break, it was a little hard to find but it was located on the side of strawberry gardens, near the window. The chefs were busy making fresh sushi and I bought a platter of mixed sushi. Honestly one of the best sushi I've ever had. Halal

   This is my favourite place to get sushi in Manchester. It is fresh (selected item done to order) and brilliant value. Staff are always friendly when I visit and I have a planned lunch to go back again. It is one of my favourite treats as there is such a great selection to choose from. Whilst Manchester does have a wide selection of good sushi locations this one is my personal favourite hands down.

   Amazing little find ! Such friendly chefs, the fish was so fresh, I had the salmon poke bowl , great fish portion, perfectly cut veggies and perfectly cooked rice. Clean and well presented. Enjoyed! Will be back on my next visit to Manchester.

   The best sushi in Manchester!!! The taste and quality of the sushi is the best in Manchester and the price just makes it that much better. Some of the most reasonably priced sushi I've ever had. Could not recommend any more.

   Super friendly staff, the chef is a sushi chef from Samsi and has over a decade of experience. Everything on the counter was between £4-10 - Reasonably priced and super fresh. Couldn’t recommend more, happy they are in the market!
