   Really good sushi, most sushi spots in Manchester are pretty lacklustre but one sushi does it well with the freshness and creativity in their signature fusion rolls. Price is not too bad either for the signature rolls and these can be ordered via phone or instagram. The service is a bit cold though.

   Great tasting fresh sushi. Service is cold meaning no interaction, look up at you, smile or even a hello/ bye which also means lacks atmosphere. Also noticed they have VAT on the receipt but there is no VAT number printed on the receipt

   Honestly best sushi in Manchester, thanks for the perfect omakase experience for a special occasion. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves! *Their sushi takeaway is not expensive at all, very reasonable price. We paid more just because we had omakase (live cooking and chef’s menu)

   This place deserves 10 stars. I want to gatekeep this place because of how much of a gem it is. If you’re considering visiting you will not regret it. The quality of service you get from the staff is only beaten by the quality of the food served here. (The man at the counter is so lovely!) The only word I can use to describe the sushi is incredible. The fact they use fresh fish and make the sushi daily, just adds to how incredible it is. The variety in the packs is amazing (for money and taste) I was able to try different types of sushi in a single tray. I was a bit skeptical to come as the reviews say it’s pricey but it really isn’t, if anything it’s a little cheaper compared to other sushi places around city centre. I can’t wait to see how the business will evolve in the next few years!

   Had enough supermarket sushi and thought we go in a quick sushi takeaway. What a pleasant surprise! Fresh fish and right texture for sushi rice with balanced seasoning. Best take away sushi in Manchester I have had by far, even better than some restaurants. At a very reasonable price for the quality. Thank you

   Highly recommended! been living in manchester for more than a year and finally found the most “japanese-original” sushi in Ikkan here! Completely fresh stuff with a decent price! Fried prawn rolls are the most-buy items for me if I go back again!
