They have an offer where you pay £2 to play basketball and if you get 3 shots in a row they give you a free main. The food and service was excellent and you can also play basketball whilst waiting for the food. Great touch! Will definitely return. All food arrived within 5-10 minutes as well and was so delicious.
Went to Unagi a few weeks back for my birthday and it was such a great find. I fancied a poke bowl so I searched for these words on instagram and found this place and booked it. Did not disappoint. The music was vibes (I felt like I was back in 2009 in year 7) the staff, the food! It is a cute outdoor space, not big but nice an intimate. Had dinner with 5 mates and they even brought out a sweet treat for me which was sweet. Worth the money. Didn’t take any pics of the food as I was too hungry but would recommend the sushi! Thank you!
I came here thinking that I was going to have a great experience … Well I ended up going somewhere else to eat as the portion side was so small that we were hungry. £40 that we paid and still HUNGRY!! Disappointed. I will not come again to this place …. Service was quick but food Eh, … no comments Ps. The chicken eh, not much… it was just a bunch of rice ( sweet rice btw )
The service attitude of the staff is friendly and enthusiastic. The food standard is super delicious and beautiful. It's been a long time since I've eaten such high-quality Japanese food. Knowing that someone birthday today, there are surprises for us. Highly recommended.
We travelled from Newcastle and stopped at this place for some lunch. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the weather was sunny. The staff were all nice and happy and extremely accommodating. The food was EXCELLENT. The BEST sushi I had and bang bang kara-age. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!
Delicious. I ordered online and made a quick call to check something in my order. The lady on the phone was extremely nice. The food, once arrived, was top. Fresh ingredients and freshly made. Very generous portions (that salmon poke will wait for tomorrow now), bang bang kaarage chicken was succulent and sticky rice just as it should be. Yummy!
You can tell each dish was made with care. Also the ingredients are definitely fresh cause the flavours do be popping. Definitely going back again as soon as I can.
Parked at the carpark next door and thought we-d try it out before leaving the city centre and it was the best sushi we've had in a while. Would defo recommend this place, what a great little gem. The food was nice and fresh and the staff were super friendly and very helpful.
I went with my friends and the service was great, staff were extremely friendly and the food was amazing as well, was very filling. Worth the money and would recommend going. The weather was perfect as well so it was extremely nice having the food in the nice sunny weather. The staff were especially lovely giving us some free endame beans and mochi ice cream.
