   Used to order regularly but NEVER again ordered 3 pizzas noticed one was wrong but my partner had taken 2 slice. Called the shop and they said they made a m8stake and will send another. When other arrived driver saw 2 slice missing and started shouting at me infant of my family. I said I already spoke to the manager but he kept his foot on the door until he called the shop and lied that I ate all of it. Then the shop must of told him to leave. As he shouted some more then left.

   Would give 0 stars if possible. Disgusting place with absolutely zero customer service. I ordered through Uber Eats and my food was over an hour late. When I called to ask about it, the staff member was rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. I asked for his name and he said “Ahmed”, which honestly sounded fake. He had a vile attitude, spoke disrespectfully, and showed no care at all for customers. No apology, no explanation, just rude behaviour. This place clearly does not value customers or deserve business. I will never order from here again and I strongly warn others to stay away. Save your money, your time, and your sanity — order somewhere else.

   I had the worst experience of my life . I am on job and i placed an order through Uber Eats and they made me wait for 1 and half hour and eventually they cancelled my order. They have a terrible staff . Worst customer experience. The staff didn’t even bother to call us and tell us that they won’t be able to provide us with our food we ordered. I hope the managers sees this review and i would like to say to manager kindly look closely on what type of staff you have . Unexperienced staff . Despite being a customer for a long time and with many complaints i never had a problem but this is too much .

   The Lewisham Pizza GoGo team are amazing people. They are very helpful staff and act accordingly. Don’t be fooled by these 1 review scammers who are trying to put down this amazing pizza shop. I have been a regular for 2 years and they never disappoint. They make an amazing pizza and always keep the toppings fresh. I can’t go a week without ordering from here. Keep it up !❤️

   I ordered from the store which is stuff crust and see what they have given me !! Soo dry .. i call them and they behave rude as well . This is not acceptable from pizza gogo . They should change the staff and focus on quality

   Please no not order from here. Food took 2 1/2 hours to arrive. Manager was rude in the phone and deliver driver cut phone on me!! Food obviously came cold and stale. I will never order from here again I have never received such poor customer service before in my life. I should have listened to the other reviews on here. I promise you guys it’s not a lie it’s true what has been said about this place I was in shock and disbelief to know that a business could be run like this regardless of the countless amount of poor reviews. DO BETTER PIZZA GO GO !

   Ordered pizza through Just eat, after just over 2 hours, phoned restaurant several to be told it’s delayed, then ‘it’s on its way’, then spoke to the driver who said he doesn’t know where he is… or how to get to us. We were treated really rudely by the restaurant. Asked if we can cancel and get a refund and the guy say no and hung up. It still hasn’t been delivered and may never show up....

   After ordering from these people! They sold me Moulded garlic bread!!!!!!! When I’ve rang to ask for a refund he was absolutely rude and said it’s only £2!!!! I will never ever order from them again! And I advise no one to order from them!!!!

   Terrible customer service, despite being acustomer for many years. Today is the last time I will be buying from them. The vegetarian pizza arrived burnt, with charred black olives, the taste was totally ruined. Go Go Pizza refused to take responsibility and when I asked for info about how one goes about making a complaint, I was told that their pizza maker, the Manager, does not speak English. When I stated that I wanted a replacement the person on the phone said " you people do this all the time". Anti-Blackness is real!
