We really like the pizzas from Pizza Arte. Nice thin bases as they should be. Great flavours and rapid delivery. They are so nice too when you speak to them if you have an issue with your order. Good food made by good people.

If you want to ruin your evening, visit Pizzarte! I stopped at Pizzarte with my young child for a quick meal, but the experience was unexpectedly unpleasant. Entering with a pram was difficult and no one offered help. Once inside, the owner gave a brief, unfriendly gesture toward a table with no real greeting. Before sitting down, I asked for a simple glass of water for my two-year-old, who was already thirsty. Instead of helping, I received a comment suggesting I was expecting to be served ahead of others, even though it was just a basic request for a child. The tone and response felt unnecessary and dismissive. After waiting and seeing no water coming, I decided to leave. As I walked out, I was berated once again in front of the entire restaurant. As I stated why I was leaving - the owner turned his back on me, walking off and waving his hand - an interaction that felt rude and completely avoidable had he just let me leave peacefully. Just minutes later, I walked into Nonna Maria and the difference was immediate. Two staff members opened the door for me, I was greeted warmly, water was placed on the table before I sat down, we were served excellent pizza and ready to leave within 25 minutes. The owner even helped my son with his hat and coat and interacted with him kindly, despite the restaurant being full. Other diners helped hold the door on our way out. It was a clear example of how customer service can set the tone of an entire experience. My visit to Pizzarte lasted less than five minutes, but the lack of courtesy, the unwillingness to help with a basic need, and the uncomfortable interaction were enough for me to choose never to return (not that we would be welcomed anyway). A more respectful, communicative approach would greatly improve the experience for families and other customers. But judging by the owner's responses to other complaints, I doubt this will change.

We love Pizzarte! The staff here are always so welcoming and nothing is ever too much trouble. We've had several celebrations here and they've always gone very smoothly no matter how big our party. It's also a place that I trust with my son's allergies and they know exactly what he can and can't have. Great food, fast and pleasant service and very well priced.

Couldn't wait to try this place out since it opened, although I must express the mediocrity. The children had the margherita pizza meal and so did my partner, I ordered the Napoletana pizza - the flavour was there, a little doughy in the middle so I used my knife & fork for that part, just nothing special. Server friendly and playful with our children. We were the only ones being cooked for in the restaurant as another lady had come in waiting for the rest of her party to arrive. Partner & children had no complaints and my daughter had a huge chocolate ice cream which had real chocolate pieces in it which she absolutely loved.
