Takes extraordinarily long time and lies on the phone about when the delivery driver left. Also shows I had my food delivered 30 minutes before it ever did and that was still on top of being late. Contacting Pizza Hut customer service is also useless as they never help!
I ordered two large pizzas tonight. They made a mistake with one, which I ordered for my employee. I also ordered BBQ sauce, but they gave me tomato sauce instead. My employee didn't know and ate it. I called them to ask them to replace it, but they refused, which was really unfriendly.
The team served us after close and couldn’t have been more have been more accusative. Farees and his team saw we were hungry and stayed longer to make us a delicious pizza after a big night out, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend the team and the pizza, top tier franchise!
Muddasir the delivery driver delivered it so fast, it was still piping hot, cheesy and wonderful when it came! The pizza was perfectly hot too and tasted GREAT! Will always remain a big PizzaHut fan :D
I ordered 14 pizzas for my son's birthday party, but the experience was deeply disappointing. The tracking system falsely indicated that the order had been delivered (likely to avoid penalties for late delivery) when in fact, nothing had arrived. I called the restaurant and was told the pizzas would be arriving "soon". Unfortunately, the driver showed up 25 minutes after the estimated delivery window, and only brought half the order, with none of the vegan options included. When I called again, I was informed that the order had been split into two deliveries due to its size. However, no one had bothered to communicate this in advance. The second half of the order, including the vegan pizzas, didn’t arrive until 2:25pm — over two hours after the initial order was placed! By then, the party was essentially over, and guests who required vegan options had nothing to eat. I raised my concerns both by phone and via the website, but the only response I received was a generic apology: "We're sorry and hope to see you again soon." Sadly, you won’t. Next time, I’ll be ordering from Domino’s, as they delivered flawlessly for my friend’s party.
Excellent customer service. I got a call a bit after I ordered saying they didn’t have the cheesy triangles that I ordered so they gave me potato wedges and free extra chicken strips. The pizza it self was warm and delicious and arrived quicker than expected.
If I could give half a star, that's what they will get. What ever you do don't order for delivery. Waited over two hours for my pizza. Had to cancel my order, make my way there and get a refund. Customer service is appalling. They will keep you on the phone whilst their taking orders as if you ain't even there. The worst service ever. They should never lie to customers. You have families putting their trust into you, waiting for a service to deliver. They should just close that pizza hut down or definitely rehire new staff. I will never be ordering for there again.
I had pizza from this specific location more times than I could count and it was alright. Unfortunately my last order fell short of expectations. The pizza was completely inedible, with a strange soapy/perfume-y taste. Huge waste as it all had to go in the bin.
I called to make an order for my kids and I was told they do not deliver to my address when I get thousands or flyers posted through my letter box specifically from burt ash road, so technically I’m cleaning up after their mess every-time but I can’t even place an order with them, ridiculous!!! I live a 4 minutes drive away from the restaurant?????? How does this make sense?
Food arrived, as I went to tuck in we found the pizza was raw, the dough in the centre was completely raw and uncooked. I called the shop and all I got was an answer phone saying due to a technical fault they can't answer and to order online. I gave it 1 start as that the minimum I can give. I would have given it 0 starts.
