First time ordering in a very long time. The customer service was brilliant. Since its the festive season even the delivery driver was dressed as santa. The food was brilliant arrived nice and hot. We will be ordering from here again.
Food always cold from here chicken not cooked properly, pizza always cold when it comes, and the kebab meat tastes of and chips are cold, We haven't had here for a couple of months as it was rubbish then everything cold but you complain and nothing gets done, tried it other night thought we'd give it another try it was absolutely the same rubbish yes you guessed it cold its a lot of money to keep throwing away, think we're giving this place a very wide birth.
We’ve used this takeaway for years and have always enjoyed their food. We placed an order tonight when they opened at 4, for delivery. We were given a 60 minute delivery. We waited and waited. I chased the delivery 3 times and was told “it’s on its way to you” every time. The lady I spoke to on the 3rd phone call said it would be another 10 to 15 minutes and she was correct. We finally received the food 2 hours and 25 minutes after placing the order. I know things go wrong at times but when they do, DON’T lie to customers and tell them it’s out for delivery. I have no confidence in them now and will have to think long and hard about ever using them again. I have no idea what went wrong this evening as I was not told there was a problem
Gone downhill over the years, always used to go here on a weekend after a night out and food was lovely. Ordered online for delivery and won’t again, donner meat was hard, dry and cold and once of the garlic bread with cheese burnt. Ate it as we were all hungry and paid £16 so wasn’t wasting it but won't order from here again.
Food was cold, over an hour for 2 wrap meals and the same mistakes keeps happening. Either no drinks or 1 for two meals. When confronted, he shouted "MISTAKES HAPPEN. MISTAKE" and put the phone down. Won't use anymore if it was last place
Excellent food, friendly staff and quick delivery. Been using them for years and no complaints.
Once Upon A Time my favourite take away. Lately; Deliver always late or never comes at all & when it does come food always cold
Not ordered food for a while from here but gave it another go the food was Lovely was hot and worth every penny served by friendly staff will definitely be ordering again
