   Called in today. We were greated at the door by the manager who served us at the till, not that online rubbish that never works. We were told the specials and seated at a table. Liz was our server. OMG she loves her job. Liz couldn't do enough for us. Very polite and had some good banter with her. Definitely come here again.

   Wasn't too much to complain about! Loved the establishment and this old school American dinner look they gave it - service was super fast with seating us, even asking bout allergies plus giving a list for it. Pizza was good for fastfood but my handcrafted garlic pizza barely tasted like garlic? Even the cheesy bites had more garlic flavour tho and those honey & chilli chickentenders we're almost like rubber and flobby - really not good chicken. The vegan cheesecake on the other hand was a heccin slapper, would recommend.

   Really enjoyed the pizza, sides and desserts. All cooked nicely (nothing burnt etc) staff were lovely and attentive asking if we needed anything else, quickly brought a box over when we wanted to take left overs home. Even apologised for waiting for a dessert which was only just asked for. Overall clean, friendly and quick service

   We attended the buffet. There were many pizza's to choose from and as soon as one was gone it was replaced immediately. Our waitress Bella was super friendly and happy to help. Ordering is all done through a bar code now and I had some issues Ordering. She was really helpful and patient

   The buffet was ready before we even got there which made it quick and easy to get the pizza and was still at an adequate temperature. The table was already and the glasses were delivered very quickly.

   We arrived in the store around 18:40pm and asked for a table for 8 people the staff member just gave me a really odd look then walked off she came back and seated us explaining they only take card payment which was fine we ordered our food through the app and got our salad bowls the salad bar was under stocked which was disappointing, the food came out fairly quickly and was hot and the order was correct, after eating we had to wait quite some time for our table to be cleared and one desert to be delivered to our table for a child in our party. Our meal came to around £90 for 4 of us which I do find a bit over priced considering my weekly shop rarely comes to that. We ordered from the deals on the menu to try make it cheaper too.

   How Pizza Hut has changed, I used to love this place but now. Told on arrival ordering is via QR code on the table. Ask if it was difficult which we did once The staff had stopped standing chatting and doing nothing . The manager had no idea how to order off the QR code or my phone worked. Beware of advertising as outside it says buffet served 3pm and 5pm to 8pm. When ordering the only buffet available is £18.99. each pizza, starter .drinks and ice cream. Obviously the cost of living crisis has not reached customers eating here. Service was ok but nothing special. The food was tasty but expensive. Atmosphere noisy with screaming kids. Not somewhere I would return to in a hurry unless I won the lottery.

   Tonight I went to pizza hut and a trip worth taking on arrival we were greeted by the host shown to our table a short while later the waitress came over to take our order I missed the buffet so was still undecided I found the waitress to be calm and respectful and soon I chose the family even bigger sharer I ordered bbq American and meat feast pizzas and bbq chicken wings and southern fried nuggets as starters we were told to help our self to the salad bar which was cold fresh and delicious soon after eating two bowls of salad the starters and mains arrived piping hot it was too much to eat in one sitting so I decided to take pizza home with me but before I could go I had to have a slice of I cant believe its not cheesecake so glad I did was expecting the cheese filling to be a bit lighter but it was sweet and mouthwatering all the same I suggest anyone to take a trip to this pizzahut worth the visit congratulations you scored 5 star way to go 1 star for staff friendliness 1 star for customer service 1 star for food quality 1 star for food presentation and 1 star for restaurant cleanliness

   Was welcomed by friendly member of staff. Asked to choose table which was nice. Service was great and the waitor was very nice and friendly. Lights above us were flickering and we moved table which they didn't mind. Food was on point as always and food came out on time. Would recommend
