   Ordered food tonight for me and the Mrs not happy to say its now twice in two days its absolutely shocking ordered a lamb wrap and burger and chips order was 31.56 the lamb wrap as no meat hardly whatsoever in it not really worth 11.90 to say you get about 7 shrunk peices of small meat in it the burger was greasy undercooked the onion rings wasn't even cooked properly at all the bacon was half cooked and not cooked properly the chips was more like rubber instead of hot chips that suppose to taste fresh two days now you messed up on orders I expect a full refund of the order otherwise ill be calling in to see you in person regarding my order because ive waited for food but its just been chucked in the bin not really worth eating not really customer satisfaction is it if you want customers to be happy in the food provide the proper service ill be waiting on my refund

   Ordered lamb wrap, big daddy burger and large chips. Lamb wrap only had about 7 little pieces in and the burger was dripping in grease the onion rings on it weren’t cooked properly and the chips were soggy. Twice in two days the food has been a disappointment £31.56 down the drain.

   I've had food from here before and never had a problem. Unfortunately I found the Southern Fried Chicken and Onion rings dripping with grease. I think that this establishment has got too complacent. No more will I order from this place

   Order from here A LOT (and their other business Maltby Express) and it isn’t the cheapest by a long shot but usually the food is decent. Ordered tonight and my order was rejected due to living ‘too far away’ even though this hasn’t been an issue for the past 15 years, and I’m less than 2 miles away. Very disappointing, but having read the other reviews on here it seems like it was only a matter of time. Shame as the food was good too but will have to go somewhere else from now on.

   Ordered food from here on just eat. Waited over 3 hours for it. With no joy. Ended up going to bed only to wake up in the morning with the food left on my doorstep! Terrible customer service. Will never use pizza pizza again and I've deleted my Justeat app as I've had too many bad experiences.

   The food was delivered most was cold some not even room temperature I phoned them up to tell them and there response was it's meant to be like that it's not supposed to be hot they was happy with it like that. They asked me over the phone what did you want it hot as though it was a strange thing to want hot food. We had Pizza Garlic bread Chips Donner meat Would not use unless you want to warm your food up when it arrives

   Ordered a few days ago and what an experience. i ordered a cheese pizza and the whole thing came chewy and undone. the cheese looked like it was moulding and the tomato sauce was non existent, don’t get me started on the flaky chicken. Looked like it came right off the chicken. Overall it did have some interesting flavours and gave me a sticky situation the next morning, #morningafter #leakagetothepeakage
