I prefer from the one evening in May. After 2 hours chased, they didn’t know what happened to it. They can’t refund from their own app and not even an apology. Simpler shocking. Will not be using again.
Since the new owners have taken over a month or so ago the food has gone really down hill. I gave them a chance and ordered 3 times but each time was disapointed.
Terrible food. Under new management and very poor hygiene standards. Strand of hair found in food. Avoid.

Absolutely awful service tonight, over a hour and half wait for what I'd was just a small order of 2 personal sized pizzas, 1 garlic bread and chips. Food arrived warm not hot, contacted the takeaway but no apologies or refund offered. I was going to turn the order away but my kids were hungry, I'd gone past wanting to eat and my partner got something else so a complete waste of money and time. Definitely not ordering from here again

I'm done with the place When 1st used I thought was good. I'm not a big takeaway eater but when I do I expect good food considering the cost of it nowadays. Definitely off my list now.
Terrible attitude. Thoroughly disappointed. Avoid ordering from this dodgy takeaway. They didnt send us our full order and when we asked the manager / owner to help they literally said they're not bothered! Delivery lady and lady who answered the phone were really nice, hope they treat you both better than they do their customers.
I don't usually leave reviews, but the horrible service we experienced has made me feel the need too. Me and my partner ordered from justeat, on just eat it says their deal is any order over £20 gets a free 12" garlic bread. We purposely ordered extra chips to get our order to £20 for this garlic bread for me because with the deal it worked out cheaper. When the order came there was no garlic bread, and after questioning the staff about this, they stated the deal was £25 not £20 and that it was incorrect on the site. We protested saying that if the deal is £20 on site it should be honored until they can change it, as we would have ordered differently otherwise. They clearly didn't care and We were told they didn't want to do anything about this, pure laziness. Will not be ordering from here again, and I'd suggest ringing about the deals they have because they clearly don't update things.
Absolutely disgusted. I ordered a kebab with garlic mayo, it came with peri peri sauce so couldn't eat it as it was too hot. Then I found a huge hair in the salad! When I rang to complain they were very rude and arrogant. Then he came to the door with a little pot of garlic mayo an hour after I complained. Knowing full well I couldn't eat the kebab anyway as it was full of peri sauce! Will not be ordering again.
