   I have been ordering from Pizza Hut for a long time, but every time my order is delayed by 1 hour, the food arrives cold, and sometimes dips are missing. I have reported this to the manager several times, but there has been no response. I have placed multiple orders worth £20 or £30 each. Today, my order arrived completely cold, and I had to cancel the entire menu. I am requesting a full refund for this order.

   Stood in here writing this review. I’ve been stood here for 20 minutes. 3 delivery orders have been prepared and collected whilst I’ve been stood here. Apparently the only member of staff that can take my order has been busy on the phone for the entire time. Absolutely fuming, staff need sacking!

   Ordered online, got the pepperoni pizza and two sets of cheese triangles. I forgot to order extra garlic dip so called to be cheeky and ask for extra. Perhaps it’s because i’m from bath but normally it already comes with some so extra would mean multiple? anyway they were lovely on the phone and we had one garlic dip so i was happy and my boyfriend suffered so all was well!!

   I ordered 2 large pizzas are they taste disgusting. We tried one portion from each pizza and put the rest in the bin. A waste of money and food. Never ordering from pizza hut again.

   Absolutely terrible. Do not waste your time&money to order from the place. Twice had probldms with them. First time order never arrived and they said driver had a problem with the bike so could not carry on with the delivery. To get my money back i had to wait over a month. Today order came late and pizza was out the package. Driver just laughed when asked what i am supposed to do with a pizza that was all over his bag then chucked back in. Clearly could not eat it. God knows how long will have to wait this time for a refund

   Very bitter experience twice so far. Both the times, the delivery didn't happen. Placed order for £80 worth items at 2 pm. ET for delivery is 2.40pm. Once the order was out for delivery, tracking wasn't available. waited till 3.10pm While enquired Pizza Hut, they mentioned that since the delivery person wasn't available, they arranged it through Deliveroo, and that they can't track the driver. It was absolutely absurd to hear that after waiting for 1 hour since ordering. We had a party and 8 kids were waiting in hunger. Our party did not end very well as kids were all crying desperately. If there's no delivery person, they shouldn't have take up the order, or called us and explained the situation.
