   First time I have tried the fireway pizza range and boy was I not disappointed. This loughton branch is exceptional. The customer service here is brilliant catered for all my family. The meat heaven pizza was out of this world and kiddies loved the Nutella pizza. Big thanks to the team there.

   Last time i ordered a salad and it was disappointing for almost 8£, you have no shame! Tiny portion .. the lady who took my order was more focused on her phone and the guy preparing my food was sleepy! urban spud is around the corner much better has cleaner more varied salads and much bigger portion with lower price for a salad because they are honest! Will never order from here again

   Can't speak for the actual quality of the food but I called to enquire about Allergens and was told quite rudely that they didn't know the ingredients or Allergens of a product they sell and that they were too busy to look. Awful customer service and also not compliant with allergy laws. Giant red flag so will be sticking with other pizza places in the area who have time to help customers. 100% off putting to a potential new customer.

   I think the photo attached to my review speaks enough about this restaurant's food alone, this was the worst pizza i think i have ever ordered, looked nothing like the photo online, about 2 slices with cheese on, the rest of them only had sauce and the occasional pepperoni. This was the "Wild Buffalo Pizza".

   The female employee at the counter was extremely rude. The body language of the employees portrayed a careless attitude towards customers. To top it up quality of food was not great either. Overall an unpleasant experience

   Rude staff! Zero customer service. They had no customers inside when we went and had only one takeaway order, yet they behave so badly... good idea to chase out whatever little customers you have walking in through your door! Good luck to the franchise owner as the staff are really rude.
