   Had the most delicious and delightful dinner date with my husband on two different occasions there. The food was amazing like always. We tried different dishes on both occasions and were not disappointed at all. The saag aloo, bhindi masala and vegetable curry are to die for. The waiters were very friendly and took great care of us all throughout our dining experience. They made sure we did not feel left out and listened to our requirements carefully. Thank you for making our dinner dates worth it. Would definitely come back again for another fine dining experience. Unfortunately, the food was so tempting to eat, that we could only take pictures of our starters.

   Food was very below average and over priced. Prawn tikka masala contained 4 prawns and was so sweet that it was inedible. It was full of dessicated coconut and tasted more like a korma.

   Absolutely excellent food and outstanding customer service. Came here for a family birthday and they couldn’t do anymore for us including walking to the local balloon shop to purchase balloons (at their cost) for the table. Absolutely would come back again. Excellent

   Although we no longer live in Epping we still drive the 40 minutes or so to get here. Birthdays here have become our family tradition. Even with some of our family unable to eat dairy they were very patient explaining to our group what they could or couldn't eat. With a free drink at the end and the manager taking time to speak to us, it's all part of their great service. Make sure you book, it gets BUSY.

   Thank you so much for serving my Sister and I so late on Saturday 25th February 2023. The staff were so kind as it was late and they were just about to close.    First time visiting Zaikaa tonight. Food was excellent; brilliantly hot, tasty and good portions. Staff were attentive and went out of their way to chat with our toddler and check everything was ok for her. Thank you - we will be visiting again.

   I had an amazing birthday meal ,booked a table over the phone and told them it was for my birthday,they surprised me with beautiful balloons,banners and table confetti.The service was welcoming and the food was lovely .Definately will be returning 100%.Thankyou so much for a beautiful memory Sam x
