   The service is pathetic and the staff are rude with responses. Neglected the order the starter was not placed in the oven along with the order eventually gave me a semi cooked cold pizza with a starter later. Don't even go to this store. Heard from the counter staff were playing jokes and noisy, indicating they were doing nothing at all, when 5 customers were at the counter. None attended the customers at the counter for 20min. Pathetic service. Stay away !! Very disappointed and unhappy.

   Placed an order over the telephone for a quick collection before the start of PPV boxing Event. Great Service recieced over the phone by Moez (Manager) and the order was ready to collect in 10 mins on a Saturday evening. Excellent Service at this Branch. Thank you.

   I placed an order this evening and upon collection this is what was given to me. I asked the lady behind the counter why the pizza was in the state it was in and her response to me was ‘ this is how it’s come out , it’s not my issue’. Appalling customer service and appalling quality of food. Definitely will be taking the complaint further.

   4 hours after order and no delivery when I did get through (4 times in 4 hours!) to the Barkingside store, I got told 4 times in 2 hours " it's on its way, wil be with you in 15 minutes" still no food.I am sure entering into a contract by taking my money with no intention of completing the contract is theft.

   Would give 0 if possible, pizza showed as delivered on time on tracker but arrived 1 hour late. The store intentionally disconnects their phone so no one can ring through and complain. I understand they're busy but the lack of communication is awful.

   Deserves zero stars.. Wish I had read reviews beforehand. Pizza arrived late therefore, arrived cold.. Asked to speak to manager but not available so asked for call back...you guessed it. No call. Sent message to customer service waiting for a reply... Never getting pizzas from this outfit..

   if i could give 0 stars i would. awful customer service over the phone and online guest service chat rooms. after an awful experience i was given a £10 voucher which after trying to order twice online and didn’t go through then proceeded to order over the phone where they would not take the voucher and was asking for double the price compared to online before the £10 off. employees clearly lack in customer service for many reasons such as being rude over the phone, ignoring customers over the phone and having other conversations whilst trying to order

   I think this is the last time we order at this pizza hut branch. In normal circumstances, pizza hut pizza is unbeatable but this branch have got to have incorrect instructions on how to make a pizza. Today we have a pizza where I think this branch must have ordered too much sauce from the supplier because they have literally flooded the pizzas with it. Not just one of them but both pizzas ruined. I have attached two photos of the pizzas and you can see the sauce flood even with an attempt to cover it with cheese. This is not a blip, this branch has poor form generally.
