I ordered a half and half and a buffalo sauce based pizza and the woman was very understanding of my gluten issues over the phone. She made sure to make the pizzas gluten free and was very kind! For a chain pizza they were not bad, I recommend the buffalo base over the tomato one.
Always fast service collection is always ready when I arrive and the foods always hot.
I ordered for delivery at 18.45. Didn't receive anything till 2030. 2 calls in between Anil and Ifira mentioned that there is traffic jam and that the driver will be reaching in 5 mins. I drove from home to the store only to be rudely told that once food has left their store it's not their problem. The cook Ifira was rude and mean. When I asked to refund my money, he mentioned he will mail it to company and it will be sent. However, neither the food arrived nor was my money given back. Absolutely avoid this store. I would give black negative stars if I could.
Really was not happy, ordered to be delivered, took over an hour to arrive then the driver stood trying to call me while talking to me, refusing to give me my food. Order bacon and cheese tots, only about 4 tiny chunks of bacon and a hand full of cheese. I ordered a chicken and bbq classic pizza, this pizza in my eyes (as no ingredients listed) would only be chicken and bbq with cheese. No it had onion, which I'm not a huge fan of, and what I'm assuming is ham all over it. This was my first and LAST time ordering from this location and I am not impressed at all. I am now having to sit and remove the toppings from my pizza, hoping there's no hidden mushroom as someone im sharing with is allergic before eating it. Would not recommend at all.
Awful customer service, phoned after an hour waiting for my order, advised they made a mistake and it was on the way. Received the food 20 minutes later and the food was cold. Called back, Onkar basically called me a liar and said nothing he could do and put the phone down on me.
Ordered online, an hour later got an email saying the order has a problem, phoned up to ask - staff were condesending and rude and frankly couldn't care less. Managed to find out the order was cancelled - no attempt to retake the order. I wouldn't order from here folks.
Placed an order, took the money. Over an hour later still no pizza arrived so called up to find it closed. Have to jumo through hoops to get a refund as no one seems interested. Call to Domino’s pizza instead, it’s much better service and they don’t mess you around. There’s one on Chesterfield Road, not far from this store.
If I could give no stars I would!! Staff are so rude, ordered online money was taken from my bank then told me they couldn't find my order and they weren't processing it, asked about refund man on phone acted clueless saying he didn't know anything about online, ended up hanging up on us! AVOID
Careless customer support! Rotten dips! Pizza sauce it was rotten with a sour taste, fizzy texture and a bad smell. Called them and they said "sauce is fresh". Refused to give me supervisor, refused to get back the sauce to see that is realy spoiled. Refused refund.
