Absolute awful service, was regularly purchasing açai bowls from here with all the toppings. Purchased via the app first time and added all the toppings, after collecting the item and visiting friends, I opened the bowl to find there was just abit of fruit in there and nothing else, when I reached out I was told they would need to speak to their app team and their was nothing they could do except come back to the store for a few toppings but they will not be remaking the bowl however by this point the açai had already melted and became watery so it would have needed to be a new bowl or even a discount on a new bowl. If you’re looking to build a great company providing next level customer service should be at the forefront before anything else. It would have great if you offered to remake the bowl without charge however or even at half the price but you requested for a secondary payment to be made when you was informed that there was an issue with the app (adding toppings before checkout still does not checkout with the toppings only the base). Terrible service. One terrible customer service experience completely eradicated any future business.

The service is fine, but there’s too little fish in a regular rice bowl, and the rice should be a bit drier; it's too wet.

Gutted I only just discovered this! I’ve recently moved away from Birmingham and I only discovered this place on my last weekend! Fortunately, I’ve been back in town for work so I’ve been able to go a few times and it’s absolutely amazing! And reasonably priced. If you’re looking for something tasty but feels a bit more nutritious this is the place to go.

Love this place. Considering you're slap bang on Birmingham city centre, prices are fair. Healthy (if you don't add all the sauces on), fresh and filling. Never had a poke bowl before but I come here often, and if you get a loyalty card, you get the 10th bowl free. I've always opted for the tuna or salmon but they do chicken and have great veg options too. One of my go-to spots for lunch in town. I've tried other Poke bowls since at other places including restaurants, but nothing compares. Highly recommend

This was my first time trying a Poke Bowl and I have to say, it was delicious. A poke bowl is a bowl of rice topped with toppings of your choice. It is served cold. You choose your flavour and size and then the Poke bowl is made fresh to order and you get to select additional toppings that you like. There is a good variety to choose from and each one was fresh and tasty! The sauces were amazing too! I couldn’t finish mine as they are surprisingly very filling. Staff was very nice and even gave me a top up of sauce when I asked for it. Definitely a good place to eat in brum town centre.

Kuula Poké is a great independent spot to grab brunch/lunch/a snack from. I got a mixed acai to take away and it was so delicious - the staff were really friendly and let me add some extra toppings to my order which was delicious. One of my favourite places in Birmingham city centre

I remember seeing this 'coming soon' back in 2019 when I was just going to finish working in Birmingham. Finally, I get the chance to try this and my gosh, I wasn't disappointed! I went for the tofu bowl which had so much flavour and tasted so fresh! I couldn't find or taste the coconut bacon though... But all in all, good portion, great taste!

Over cooked and flavourless rice topped with literally 5 pieces of salmon. Payed almost £10 for some disappointing and sticky mess. I’m absolutely speechless. The place was clean and the staff seemed lovely, however the person who made my bowl seemed not sure what to do or which way to look. There wasn’t much choice of the topping either. Overall a big flop.

Kinda liked this place until today. The food was nice, but the staff is just horrible. I’m usually going for Make your own bowl - the middle aged lady starting commenting on my choices saying Oh, do you think it’s a good idea? etc. Didn’t listen to me at all! I asked for mayo - didn’t get any. Asked for a particular sauce - didn’t get it, but got a litre of a different one. Just look at my poke/soup at the photo!! Not coming back, thank you
