Booked a christmas meal, it was lovely, staff were friendly and efficient. We never had to wait too long for our meal/drinks. They had a Sax player which was very cool too. Highly recommend for big bookings.

Booked a table tonight for 11, for two family birthdays, service is diabolical so poor 2 meals didn’t arrive until after we had all finished our meals, we had to ask for plates and cutlery and waited 10mins after meals had arrived, ordered desserts 40 min later no arrival, spoke to a senior member of staff who apologised but said there were issues with new staff and in the kitchen! Totally understand things happen but just keep your customers informed and aware it’s basic customer service will not be back any time soon !!!
Visited this restaurant for a Bottomless Brunch. Unlike other places I've been, we were able to pick any 2 courses from the full à la carte menu to enjoy with either bottomless prosecco or cocktails! The food was delicious - the pasta was so fresh! Service was amazing - we never had empty glasses! We will definitely return again!
We ordered through delivery- The seafood platter was incredible and the oysters were very fresh, a lot of care had been taken to package our order plus with a few extra dips! It was genuinely a delight to see such high quality food packaged with such care!
We've visited a few times and have loved the food every time. It's so lovely having such an authentic, independent Italian local to us. A welcome change from the chain restaurants! Would definitely recommend a visit if you're in the area.
Had an amazing afternoon celebrating my sister's birthday. We had the private rooms downstairs for our party of twenty. The service was faultless, very professional and the attention to detail was top notch. The food was delicious. Good value overall for a party of our size.
We came on a Monday night, there were some tables already and looked like there was a party. We were seated as normal. The waiter told us that the service may be a bit slow. We saw a few tables came in after us. They ordered after us and somehow they received their starters before us. We waited around 45 mins for our starters. The waiter told us our starters would arrive in a few munitions but we waited further 15 mins. When the starters arrived, we ordered a glass of wine and a glass for water. They weren’t delivered until after we finished our starters. We ordered a side of mushrooms which we did not receive and we ordered small glasses of wine but charged large instead. The food was average but deep fried oysters were very tiny and food was definitely not worth the wait. I do think if they could not serve the customers adequately they should tell the customers before seating them or refuse to seat them. It just does not give a great customer service. We would not choose to come back, sadly.
Excellent food, very tasty with a lot of variety. They had a good Gluten free selection of starters and mains but sadly only ice cream for dessert of you're gluten intolerant. That aside we had a fantastic evening celebrating my birthday, they accommodated 26 of us in the lovely conservatory area. There is an accessible toilet with rails and raised seat but it's in an awkward position where staff are very busy. All in all I'd say I'd go back and recommend the food.
