   Do not order from here! 1 hour and 50 minutes to deliver cold dry pizzas. Tried to call them constantly and the phone will just ring and ring. Awful and will never use again.

   Was delivered pizzas that had been dropped and crushed. Called to complain and was offered two free replacements. Tried to reorder a week later and got absolute nonsense, asked to call back the next day because the manager wasn’t in?! Was told we’d be called back in 30 minutes. We weren’t so chased. Was told we’d be called in a minute, we never were. Appalling.

   Tracked my food on the website, said it had been delivered but no food. Rang them they said the driver will be there in a min. Half hour later food turned up cold and not even edible. Stay well away unless you like wasting your money.

   Delivery times always late. Track your order is always wrong. The pizza wasn’t made properly. Very doughy crust inedible. Cold aswell. Wouldn’t recommend

   Worst customer service ever, the staff kept lying about my order, ordered on Saturday and received on Sunday after 1pm after cancelling the order in the morning, refuse to provide any sort of help or normal customer service, in the end was about to go into to the store as the staff member was very brave over the phone, luckily managed to calm down. Worst Papa John's store ever!!!!

   We ordered pizza and give them exact time for delivery. The order came late and completely cold. I called several times after the time I mentioned in my order, the guy kept playing with me, The driver left, it is on his way, there is traffic light. No apologise and no respect to the customer.

   I placed an order, only to receive a burned pizza. Manager was reluctant to sent another and request for the burn pizza to be returned. Will not be ordering here again. Found metal pizza try in my order.
