   We had walked into an empty restaurant with one table occupied. As we entered we were abruptly greeted by staff who had informed us that all of the tables at 11:30am had been booked. The woman was extremely unhelpful / rude and stated they couldn’t occupy a table of three even the people who had booked were late.

   Such a lovely evening with 10/10 customer service!! I visited with my boyfriend and we enjoyed the following: - Marinated green olives - Vegan garlic dough balls - Lemon and herb chicken wings - Leggera vegan giardiniera pizza - American hot pizza - Strawberry lemonade The food was absolutely delicious as always and our server was so attentive! 10/10 definitely recommend this location.

   Had a fantastic experience at Pizza Express! The food was fresh and delicious — the pizzas were perfectly cooked with crisp bases and generous toppings. The garlic dough balls were a must-try, warm and fluffy. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Service was quick, and the team worked seamlessly to ensure a smooth dining experience. Overall, a great place for quality pizza, excellent service, and a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend!

   Came for a private function. We were seated upstairs in a private area. Had a great time. Food tasted nice, especially the garlic bread starter, gorgeous. Pizzas were very nice. Service was good, especially Nina who was welcoming, helpful and friendly. Prices were reasonable. We had a good night, sadly I didn't get many photos, only once I'd started on my pizza did a realise I hadn't got a photo of it.

   I absolutely love this place, the food is incredible and always amazing quality, the servers are lovely and make everything so easy. I recently sat in the new open area and loved it - the decoration was beautiful, the service was still amazing despite being outside and it is overall one of my favourite restaurants to visit.

   We had a pizza making birthday party here on Saturday. The staff was helpful, patient and really engaged with the children. The party was for my 5yr old boy and most children were in the age group of 4-5yr olds. They give you space upstairs for 2 hrs, plenty of time for a dance, making'your pizza with all your toppings and time to do some other activities. You get dough balls, pizza and ice cream and the kids loved every bit of it. They also give you takeaway boxes for pizza and cake. Worth every penny, happy kids and no clean up after!

   AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! If I could give 0 stars I could, this is the worst restaurant I’ve been to and the staff are rude, unprofessional and unfriendly. The second we walked in the waitress was very unfriendly and treated us like we were an inconvenience the whole time we were there. She also couldn’t remember our order and had to come back and ask us again, 30 mins later, to clarify the order. Our food came after 45 minutes-1hour and was cold. I tried to send it back cause we wanted to go elsewhere cause the service was so bad and we felt uncomfortable and rushed. Next I ask for a second drink and they ignore me and I don’t get served. The waitress then told me I got charged for 2 glasses of wine, claiming she saw me have two, when I only had one! She tried to argue with me, how could I have more if I didn’t get served? The service was terrible The waitress clearly didn’t wanna work there and was giving me weird stares the whole time I felt kinda uncomfortable. Plus the manager was rude when we sent the food back but what do you expect, it’s cold, we been waiting For far too long and all of the staff are rude. We ate the food in the end reluctantly cause we just wanted to leave at this point. AVOID!!

   Had lunch here with my partner, we were the only ones in the restaurant so service was quick. Waitress was very helpful and welcoming, food and drinks were quick and everything was okay at that point. I ordered a leggera American hot which was really nice until I noticed a long hair in the mixed leaf salad. Waitress was very apologetic, a new one was prepared but I couldn't finish it so had the rest to take away. A dessert was also offered as an apology. Also the salad with the leggera pizza is very plain and boring, it's just rocket with another leaf and minimal dressing. After this the waitresses colleague took over then service went very slow even though there was now only one other table seated. Will be visiting again and hopefully no issues next time.

   We did book well in advance for the birthday of our son. The food was excellent but the one that made the difference was the friendly staff. The restaurant was busy but we seen the staff always smiling and attentive. The man that was in charge came to our table few times to ask if we were having fun and needed anything else. This place has become now my favourite restaurant and we will be there soon. Many thanks to all the staff. 100% recommend
