   a mockery of an establishment, order wrong and the pizza and garlic bread that we eventually got was burnt and 3 hours late. will not be returning.

   If I could give a 0 to this establishment I would. The service was an utter joke. We ordered pizza with the promise of it being delivered in 20 minutes. 3 hours later we had yet to receive our food. When the courier finally arrived, we mentioned our wait and politely asked for the possibility of a discount. He angrily snatched our food away and sped off. After ringing passion pizza with the whereabouts of our food, we were greeted with a tirade if abuse, with the manager swearing over the phone and offering no solution to the food we had waited so patiently for. Having negotiated with the aggressive manager over the phone and having to argue with him about the fact we shouldn’t have to pay more for our food to be redelivered, our food was returned to us. The order was absolutely incorrect, both pizzas did not have the correct toppings, the chips were burnt into nothing and had obviously been microwaved, and the garlic bread was burnt to charcoal. After ringing Passion Pizza for the 5th time, the manager was of no help and further abused us, labelling us entitled for complaining that the food we ordered was substandard and frankly incorrect. The only thing this restaurant can provide that you can ask for is the bottles of coke. I will never order from this establishment again, and I hope all reading this never do either

   I would put 0 star if I could. The delivery was 2 hours late, cold and the customer service was aggressive and offensive.
