   When I order food and it is accepted, then it is an hour late and I ring up only to get redirected to another store that "can't help me" it's not really good enough for the amount of money you spend at this takeaway

   Have ordered from here so many times before and now they refuse to deliver to our flat and instead sit in their car because we are on the first floor. They already charge so much for delivery, shockingly poor customer service!!

   Would give the service a 0 star if I could. Absolutely rude! Came in for a pizza and they said you can order the deal I wanted online. Then when I went to pay it said it was closed. They offered no other option at all and kept saying it closed at 11 even though they had plenty of time to let me know. I was stood waiting to speak to them for 10 mins as it was. You could have told me that when I asked about the deal or you could’ve been apologetic and tried to help put an order through for me. Will never come here again the staff need a course to speak properly to customers.

   Suspicious pizza I ordered a large. The pizza in my box looked about medium and the slices didn't look like they matched. Either someone ate a slice and regrouped it or they put random slices from a different pizza and rearranged it in my box.

   Got hairs from 2 different people on one of the pizzas, totally ruined dinner. They tried asking for proof when I complained. Dominos never fails to disappoint in one way or another.

   Terrible. Paid 20 pounds, buy one get free. Collected. Pizzas were cold, soggie and bland, horrible. The tomatoes looked like they had come straight out of a can. Never again. Expected more for that price from a branded franchise like Domino's. Each franchise is different depending on whoes running it! Had 2 slices threw rest away. Total waste of money.

   We like to purchase the vegetarian pesto pizza from Domino's; pizza isn’t the tastiest of foods, but Domino’s seems to make us want to buy it! This store is like any other, small, sort of clean and has a few parking spaces. If you wish for decent pizza, Domino's is king.
