Wonderful restaurant with excellent service. The servers know the menu well and can recommend great pairings. Our evening was relaxing and enjoyable thanks to the comfortable atmosphere and delicious food.
We have both come down with food poisoning following undercooked food we were served yesterday evening. Our prawn starter was undercooked and the prawns were chewy and hard - we thought this was how it was supposed to be but we have become ill. My pasta was hard and chewy (undercooked) and my partner couldn’t even bite into his broccoli. Very unhappy as we are now both ill when we had just wanting to enjoy a meal out on a Sunday
For the prices of what i payed for starters and mains, it was not worth it. I was a bit disappointed in our starters, the gamberoni came with just 3 prawns & the bread was dry, i also ordered calamari fritta (squid & prawn) and came with 2 prawns & majority of squid, flavour of both was okay however the squid was half crispy & half soggy. Mains, i had lobster raviolli. Flavour of the pasta/filling was nice however the sauce, there wasn’t a lot to it and again a bit disappointed with the prices being quite high. I had to make a new sauce using the marinara sauce from the calzone & felt like making a new dish which i shouldn’t have to do. Dessert had the tiramisu which was really nice Service, asked for a spoon and it didn’t come, it was getting busy which is fair enough but still Atmosphere was nice and a really nice setting
Loved it here. The staff are friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Even changed the meal to suit my vegan diet.
One of the best meals we’ve had since we were in here on Christmas Eve! Lovely food, lovely staff, lovely atmosphere…..couldn’t fault it! Feel very lucky to have this restaurant where we live!

Ordered the prawn risotto, prawns weren’t cleaned/deveined. Did it myself with a rather blunt knife. The single prawn pictured happened to be the cleanest one. Not enough prawn to rice. The pasta was a little undercooked for our liking. Both dishes could of done with a bit of garnish or veg. Staff were pleasant enough.

Had a wonderful time here last night . Beautiful meal . Really attentive staff and a lovely birthday treat from the restaurant . Would thoroughly recommend .
