   Visited Birmingham for business and stopped into GDK for a quick bite. Absolutely Loved it. The cleanest tasting Donner I've ever had, The Inferno sauce is no joke. Have to mention the service too, absolutely outstanding. The gentleman guided me through the menu, made recommendations, food was prompt and hot. He even checked on us partway through and made sure we were ok. Will be back again as soon as I can. Can't wait!! 10/10

   Rubbish quality and proper tight on the sauce Burnt kebab ***YOU DID NOT MAKE IT UP ME*** 26th November called into the branch to discuss with the manager who suggested he would give me a free meal his name is Zeeshan. I told him I would collect meal on the 27th, I called and they denied offering me a free meal for their mistake, I would not recommend going here bunch of clowns that don't stick to their word

   Picked up food from GDK all the chicken was burnt. I could only eat the chips and salad. My Husband called them and they told him to come back to the store for another box. He went back to the store at the agreed time and was told no he wouldnt be getting anotber box. Disgusting customer service. Wasted my husbands time. I used to love GDK but would never return or recommend to anyone. Absolute joke.

   Loved the food and the service was great, the front staff (Dildar) handled customers very nicely. We ordered the quesadilla meal and the new grilled cheese sandwich and was definitely worth the price and the quality of the meal was great.

   Tried German Doner Kebab for the first time and was genuinely impressed! The meat was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and freshly grilled. The signature sauces really took the flavor to the next level, and the bread was warm and fluffy with a nice crisp. The portion size was generous, and everything tasted fresh – from the crisp lettuce to the tangy red cabbage. I had the Doner Box with fries and cheese – so satisfying! The place was clean, modern, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Definitely not your average kebab shop – this feels like fast food upgraded. Will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend

   I ordered the gym box from the GDK Moseley branch. I was very disappointed. It was not for me. The meat smelt and was very bland even with the sauces. Had high hopes for this place as I tried the city centre branch and it was better. I did try the spicy fries which were very tasty.

   I had the Doner Box with Fries and Salad. The box looks and is fairly small however there is enough food packed into it to easily fill a person. The salad was fresh and crisp and delicious. The fries were also very good and a nice addition to the meal. I especially enjoyed the thinly sliced Doner meat which was under the salad. I did find the meat slightly bland however, coming from Canada, perhaps I'm biased and used to the food there and spices which are used. The sauces which were also there were nice however the spicy sauce was, again for me, not what I was expecting, but it did add some flair to the taste. I'd definitely recommend this place and look forward to trying other things on the menu.

   Food wise & hygiene it’s probably the best beach i’ve been, but Customer service simply not existing. Zero curtesy on the till, the guy with the glasses was murmurs under his nose, words like: “please, thank you, enjoy your food…” are unknown to the serving staff. Also right section of the front glass door is always locked even without sing/, so people bump in the door which could be a greater health risk concern in case of Fire situation… Customer service and up selling skills needs be upgraded with local trading!

   Visited there on the other night with mates for dinner. As my friends wanted to go there just joined them, it was my second time in that branch the first time I went with their bread for doner kebab second time I tried wrap version of it but honestly both times not found tasteful or mouthwatering as they claimed "Our kebabs are made from quality ingredients that are exclusive to Doner Kebab Restaurants. The great taste comes from the SECRET SAUCES that set our products apart, from our competitors." yeah their kebabs looks nice but can't say same thing for the taste. I remembered once they opened first branch in the city centre I tried that one few times at that time it had really nice taste but couldn't find same taste in that branch not know what's going on with them maybe the city one still has the same taste, will try that one once I get a chance.
