The food is excellent very fresh and delicious with a large variety specially if you’re a vegetarian,not crowded, the staff are very kind, soups are a very good choice with a good price hope they will not increase the prices

i ordered the curry bento and it arrived like this, with barely any vegetables inside! I have had it before and this is clearly not the enough amount of vegetables they put. Very disappointing experience.

I had a tasty sweet n sour chicken bento. Nice large area unlike other branches which are too small.
Quality has decreased for a while now, you know you are going to get good food but nothing great. Chicken katsu and sweet chill chicken are very formulaic. Sushi (nigri especially) lacks flavour which is overcompensated with copious amounts of salt. Also closing hours should do 50% off custard dorayaki... mmm custard dorayaki
Appalling customer service, they have a board saying 50% off closing time but chooses to sell food at full price and then lying to your face. One Asian lady named Safi at the till took my food away and put it back on the shelf as I was talking, the disrespect this lady Safi has given me is beyond disgusting! Don’t buy anything from this branch other branches are way more nicer.
