Great food, good prices and generous portions — my go-to chippy! Only thing is some of the staff could be a bit more cheerful, but the food makes up for it. Always enjoy it here!

First time customer Paid £9.20 for a large cod got home and opened it up to this. A lot of money for not a lot. Unfortunately won’t be returning
Had left it just long enough to forget how bad it is here. Was on the high street so called in. The chips I was sharing with my grandaughter were awful as was the fish cake I had. I think they’d been cooked ages ago they were very dry and lots of black bits in the potatoes. Called in about 5 o clock.
Absolutely lovely Fish and chips. Quick service, polite staff and good prices. I would give 10 stars if I could. Plus, their door was open, unlike the one in Tuxford.
Great little chippy to fulfil that chippy craving you sometimes get! Staff members very down to earth, patient and polite and helpful. Although the shop entrance isn’t disability friendly due to steep step, the staff will go above and beyond to make sure you are treat fairly and are given the same respect as the abled customers and will come out to you for your order etc. TRULY AMAZING STAFF and THANKYOU ALL!!!

This was my first visit. The fish and chips were delicious. It's been a long time since I had such a tasty fish and chips meal. Plus it was freshly done so retained its heat on my journey home. The premises were extremely clean too.
Just been in twenty minutes ago. Brilliant lads serving.very polite. I paid for a large bag and the amount of chips was huge. I had to ask him to stop filling the bag up! The other chap reached into the till and gave me some money back. Now that's service for you. Brilliant. I can highly recommend. Chips were nice too and curry sauce just like it used to be from years ago.
