   Apparently this is 80g of chicken. I have put some out for my 2 year old son on the lid and tried to fork out more chicken…. I requested more which I was happy to pay but the Indian lady at the kitchen was inconsiderate and unhelpful. I don’t know where she gets her customer service from But certainly not to standards that align with Itsu. This kitchen lady is a big let down.

   Itsu -Richmond ! This photo is supposed to be spicy Korean noodles which l have had many times before. This looked like Thai noodles it was bland. Definitely not worth the £9 l parted with for 4 prawns to be added. I did tell the man based behind the till. He only offered to add more sauce rather than correct the mistake and only when he realised l was taking pictures of this did he come over and offer to give me a brand new bowl…. I refused as l always believe it’s a mistake to return food as you never know what they will return with particularly where food is concerned. He also seemed pr- occupied with spaying chemicals into the space where food is held. It’s not the first time l have seen him casually spraying down the tables where customers are eating food with little concern of how far reaching the chemicals spray can reach. Anyway the meal l got was bland, Luke warm with 4prawns that looked as washed out as the noodles. Shame really as the other itsu’s l have eaten at are usually good.

   Ordered the Thai Salmon Curry, it was good. Before, I ordered several times the noodle, it wasn't as I expected. The staff was nice, and attentive. The ambiance was cozy with really good interior design, comfortable, and not too noisy. Toilets for customers are available (downstairs, and on the first floor, need to use the door code from the receipt).

   The portion sizes were small for the double we paid, and the overall flavor was unsatisfactory. While the miso salmon rice box was acceptable, my partner found the chicken katsu inedible. I also sampled the dish and found it unappealing, despite my generally tolerant palate. £21 for this 2 portions is unacceptable. My first and last time I'm visiting this place.

   This itsu restaurant is located in heart of Richmond town with over looking views to town high street from its second floor sitting area. They have most of itsu menu meals. Sitting area atmosphere is nice, bright and comfortable.

   Good shopping stop, average sushi + ramen, healthy options. Spacious restaurant area. We like the lively atmosphere - a great place to hang out and get a quick bite to eat. Also family friendly. Kids love this place. Their finger food selection – chicken and spring onion gyozas, veggie dragon rolls and bao buns are a big hit with my friends kids. Excellent location right in the centre of the Richmond shopping circuit. Not too far from the railway station. We tried their salmon and avo rolls. Added a sesame chicken salad and my lunch companion had their gyoza miso soup and hoisin duck bao buns. No complaints there. Friendly and helpful staff.

   Great food, very tasty, much healthier than the usual takeout places, very quick service, friendly staff, clean modern up to date premises, plenty of seating, including upstairs, again delicious food. Large choice. I would go here instead of Mcd’s , kfc, etc.

   How can they leave the smallest gap between the stool and the table yet you can’t move the stool??? So if you are pregnant you can not eat in!!! How dumb can they be???? Do not go if you are pregnant or a large belly! Also the touch screen is rubbish, the food isn’t out so you can’t even see what you fancy !

   I really love Itsu BUT it is not the first time I pay for something extra (like an egg for chicken noodles) and I am missing it completely. So I've been charged but the service wasn't provided. Do not make the same mistake. Check your order while there and not when back to the office. There is no option to file a complaint through there web site so I sent an email to their Managing Director. I would like to get my refund! UPD: I've decided not to leave it and walked back to Itsu with my pot of noodles. I have explained the situation and they have prepared a new pot (with an egg) and gave me an option to choose anything else I like for free. It was nice but I am still angry because of the original service provided. I don't need to cross-check everything. I want to trust the company.
