I have had my lashes done by a few different technicians and I never left 100% happy with the end result. However with Stephanie you are guaranteed to leave happy with the end result. “Iconic salon ✨ This hair dressers is simply the best! So I haven’t been to a hair dressers in like a decade, and have used box dyes to cover greys. My hairs very dark brown (almost black) and I wanted to go light ginger. Holly didn’t refuse point blank like I was expecting, she explained it would take a whole day if I wanted it done in one sitting & that’s exactly what we did. She listened to what I wanted and made my dream a reality. All the staff are really sweet and it’s a real hidden gem. My sister recommend Mane to me and I’ll be recommending everyone too. “Edit- 14.12.2024 Halley Clinic reached out and were very helpful and receptive to the feedback. I can definitely attest to the fact that they prioritise their client’s satisfaction. Thank you to Bilgen and the team. I booked in for an eyelash lift today at this business. It was not the best experience. When I tried to get in for my appointment the door was locked & no one was answering the phone. I eventually saw the buzzer but i thought this information should probably have been on their website if the door is going to be locked. I didn’t get into my appointment on time and even when i finally got in, I was asked to wait. The lady who did my brows offered me a coffee, so that was nice but by the time I got into my appointment it was quite a bit later than it should have been. She didn’t seem to know what I had actually booked for and asked me whether I was there for a facial. This makes me wonder if their online booking system even works or whether she knew I was even coming in. As for the eyelashes, they’re not as lifted or dark as I’m used to. They are passable but not really as good as I’ve had in the past. The lady said it was because it was the first time doing it, but I have had about 10-15 eyelash lifts before that at other businesses and they have looked more lifted and dark than this. However, I didn’t complain because in the end they do look okay, just not what I usually get from a lift. I don’t know if they’ll last though, as they aren’t really lifted that much. Overall, the lady was nice and I resisted leaving a negative review because I do think she was trying to make it a pleasant experience but I think it’s better for the business to know what’s happening. Additionally, there were no card services and I had to do a bank transfer which was a bit of a hassle at the end.”

“We did the black taxi tour. Hands down the best part of our trip to London! Ollie is not only super friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable—like, knew all the cool facts and hidden gems you’d never find on your own. Not to mention he is a pretty great photographer and you’ll get some awesome pictures along the trip. We got to see so many iconic sights up close and personal, and the whole experience felt really special. If you’re in London, this is a must-do!
