I have been using them for a few years now - their service has always been excellent, and all of their engineers have treated me with respect. They have been there for me for emergency situations, they came out promptly last Christmas when I had a boiler leak, and a recent visit from Daniel (Ground) to detect a leak has confirmed to me that this will always be my "go-to" plumbing and heating company. Daniel was polite and respectful and found the source of the problem efficiently. He took off his boots before coming into my flat, and listened to my concerns. Frat stayed on the phone to me and coached me through how to get to the bottom of the problem. He did not have to do that. Just a very good bloke. So impressed. The menu looked irresistible and did not disappoint! Very high attention to detail and beautiful presentation paved the way for a delicious culinary experience (menu attached). Owned and run by a lovely couple I cannot recommend highly enough this wonderful cafe and occasional restaurant. Every item is simply exquisite and I am so glad I booked.
