closes whenever they feel like with no regard for rules, never seen a co operative store so poorly run in all of London

Good customer service from the young lad who was very helpful this past Sunday helping me get my ice cream

The staff members are quite abrupt and lack basic Customer Service skills. You should train them and teach them how to reply and approach customers. Their 'service' is quite off putting to say the least.

Pointless store with nothing decently priced. Staff are lazy, unknowledgeable, and never around to serve anybody at the till; its like they actively share the one brain cell they share to avoid working. I'm surprised this place is still open. There's plenty of other places to go within walking distance - two corner shops and a Sainsbury's - so save yourself the hassle and go to one of those. You'll save yourself a headache and money in the process.

Lazy staff. Hide out the back and just say “I don’t know” anytime you ask questions. Absolute shambles. People should be replaced. Especially the manager, if there is one there.

I go often to Belmont Parade. The bread is excellent with taste and substance. U fortunately some products not sold ie limescale tablets for washing machines. Some products out of stock like multi pack orange Lucozade. But worse is the fact I was overcharged on 2 occasions. One time charged for 2 products had one and another time a clear label saying £3 but on receipt £4 was charged. I like the store and will go again but urge you to check your receipt.

Most of the staff are friendly though customer service is quite shoddy on the whole. The manager, however, is one of the rudest people I've ever experienced working in retail. He'd prefer to not say anything to customers, and if required will grunt a bit. I'm autistic and so I genuinely don't understand what he's trying to communicate to me. I've been standing there confused sometimes while he was trying to communicate something without words about charging up my gas card, or how much i had to pay. Also he appears to be a transphobe and I am always misgendered when he does bother to talk to me. On the other hand I've seen him behave perfectly reasonably to other custmers, even smiling, so I think he picks and chooses which customers come up to his standards.

I love shopping here because the staff are so helpful and friendly. The Manager ensures that it is well stocked and the special offers are always for items that people use regularly. High level of hygiene is maintained. Great store which I use most days.
