I called JF Autos late in the day, and they went above and beyond to accommodate me by rearranging their schedule to fit me in the very next morning. On top of that, I had arranged for a mobile mechanic to handle a tyre change since my usual mechanic doesn’t do tyres, but Jack not only offered to do it on-site but also gave me a better price than the mobile technician. Thanks to him, I was able to get everything done in one place, saving me the hassle of taking another day off work. The service was top-notch, and everything was handled efficiently and professionally. JF Autos has definitely won me over as a loyal customer, and I’ll happily recommend them to anyone in need of reliable, customer-focused mechanics!”

“Great staff who were very welcoming and helpful. Gave us a free appetizer which was delicious. We ordered the kkangpung and chicken katsu udon noodles which were both very tasty and well priced. Would deffinitely recommend and go back. Only issue was my lack of chopstick skills”

“I had a diesel particulate filter problem on my Honda Civic that was resolved with the aid of a dpf flush, engine flush and oil change. The car feels absolutely amazing to drive now. Particularly pleased with the staff, especially the lady on reception who was very friendly, and the technicians (Ian and Adam), one of which took the time to talk me through what they had carried out on car. “Had a beautiful Rotpunkt kitchen & utility room installed by Wooden Heart of Weybridge with lots of cabinets and drawers, a large island and extensive quartz worksurfaces/splashbacks. Expertly fitted. Great range and pricing - exceptional pre and after sales service. They have an inspiring showroom and you get the benefit of a long established, very experienced company which offers really personal service. Very pleased with the beautiful and very practical kitchen we've now got. Would heartily recommend.”

As it is a local shop, might not have the same assortment as a big shop, but overall great customer service and products. Richard Black came out and looked at my car and gave an honest opinion on what could be done and what needed to be done for my car to be returned at the end of a 4 year lease to incur no charges from the lease company. He fully valeted my car and sourced the correct paint to touch up a few minor scratches. The car looked amazing and when collected the agent said the car was in amazing condition and I incurred no penalties as a result so thank you.”
