Used to love this place. Used to try and come every week. So much has been taken off the menu now though, and even what is on wasn't available. No children's menu either. I'd brought daughter as treat. Nothing on the belt (so the excitement of that for her wasn't there either. )but the info cards. Not enough staff, people leaving as not being seated . I waited an age for drinks to be taken and any food to be ordered. Why no hand rolls anymore?! Very very unimpressed today. I had booked . Won't be spending again soon

Dining at Yo Sushi was good with great food and lovely server. When asking for our bill we requested to use a blue light card discount which we were told was no longer accepted and to check the website, both the blue light card app offer the discount and the yo sushi website state that this is available. Unhappy that we were told we couldn’t use the discount when under the terms and conditions we should be able to.

Arrived at YO Sushi today prior to making a booking beforehand to get told they couldn’t find me on the System, arrived at a table right next to the staff who eat their lunch and complain about customers annoying them throughout the duration of our stay, condiments on the table were half empty and used , was not clean in the slightest, waiter come up to us eventually to ask what we would like to order to then hear her sigh and walk off, food took ages to come out and my food arrived before my partners, which we could see the food arrival for our table was never at the same time for both of our meals it’s was every 20 minutes , was given food that we didn’t order and they forgot about the rest until I flagged down one member of staff which just said “well you don’t have any allergies so why don’t you try it” which I responded it wasn’t what we ordered and she grabbed it and walked off. staff are rude and chuck the food on the table without saying a word and can’t be bothered to be polite and have some manners, they all look like they give up with their jobs and don’t want to be their, I had to keep asking the staff when our food would be out and keeping track of money we spent as we were given wrong food and they kept getting our order wrong even though we placed it already, management is a big joke in this restaurant, food tastes very poor and not flavoured at all, definitely was packaged and not fresh, All the food tasted weird and gone off, the conveyer belt was empty ! Even though we was their for over an hour nothing was put on the conveyer which was a big disappointment, even though the restaurant was not busy and had maximum of 13 people in their including me and my partner. We travelled over an hour to get their and I will definitely not be returning from the absolute waste of time we spent here , our money was wasted and on top of that they tell you to pay and don’t provide a receipt unless you ask for one ? I took the receipt after having to ask, and to my surprise they charged VAT which was around £9. I wouldn’t even tip 1p if that optional. Disgusting customer service , food is appalling, hygiene is terrible , If you value your travel , time , and money I would go elsewhere. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. It’s not worth your stress !!! On top of that look at the dessert they show on the menu vs what I was given, which what a surprise was gone off food! I have never had to spit my food out in a restaurant!!! I told the staff member and got a half arsed apology ! What a Waste of time !

Good menu, delicious dishes! Hard to ask for the bill. Even though it is slightly overpriced for the small portions, only 2 or 3 plates will fill you up. Decor is nice however the kitchen in the middle may seem unappetising. I wouldn’t say this is a place for dinner, yet it is a nice filling lunch.

Good points: Reasonable menu selection, food was of a high standard and tasted great. Bad points: Beer and soft drinks way over priced, £3.25 for a 330ml can of pop and £6.60 for a 500ml bottle of beer(£2.60 in Asda), I am not tight, but those prices are extortionate. This is a little chain resturant in Worcester, not a Michelin star in London! Would I visit again, yes for the food, but would drink tap water

My first visit back to this much loved chain since before Covid. The food was as expected but the experience was horrendous. Gone is the excitement of a busy weekend visit to a restaurant where a varied range of plates pass you, tempting you to taste them as you check out the menu to see what they are. As the plates mount up and your satisfaction is quenched more delights pass you. Instead you have an app! And your food is sent via the once full carousel to stop at your table. Such a sad event. Taken to the table by a mumbling person who could not be less interested. So, that was my last and final visit to this once exciting place. Not so much YO! Sushi as BYE! Sushi.

Terrible sushi no ginger no wasabi, so little and looking badly. Sushi taste so bad, it was worst food which I have ever tried. It's not worth that kind of money.

I’ve always enjoyed Yo Sushi everywhere I went but unfortunately my experience with the branch in Worcester has not been great. The staff was really friendly but the hygiene of the shop was.. appalling. The table was half-clean with some oily stain but we could deal with that by wiping it a little using the wet wipes that we brought we us. What made the experience really disappointing was the kitchen staff reused the lids that have been used without washing them. Today we saw the staff using dirty lids, directly picking them up from the dirty sink (please see the pic) and reusing them for new customers including our dishes. While I understand that it is inevitable to expect kitchen staff to reuse *already used* materials that they think are clean, the lids we saw today were from the pile of dirty dishes in the sink!! The bottom of the sink even has some thrown away food.. I don’t know if other branches do the same but it’s unfortunate that I actually witnessed this myself because our seat was directly in front of the sink. It’s such a shame that the hygiene was so bad - the food was actually quite good.
