My favourite takeaway sushi in London! Always fresh salmon. The katsu curry chicken is also delicious, even a small portion is enough to fill you up! Highly recommended!!! Update: Unfortunately, during my most recent visit the experience was very different. I ordered the All Salmon roll set, which I have had many times before and know how it should taste - this was not a vinegar flavour. The rolls had an unnatural, chemical-like taste, and after lifting the plastic sheet, the salmon underneath appeared spoiled. I raised this with staff and later requested a refund, but this was refused and the situation was handled unprofessionally. This was disappointing, as I previously trusted this location for consistent quality. I hope food quality control and customer service will be reviewed.

Itβs ridiculous they have stopped the spicy pork in Epsom saying it does not sell! We always had to wait as they needed to make another batch as it was so popular. We tried the spicy chicken instead today and it tasted awful. Will have to go to Surbiton instead

Small place with about 8 seats, but I often pop in at lunchtime before it gets busy for a chicken katsu curry. Service is quick, portions are generous, food is tasty, prices are reasonable, so it ticks all the boxes to get 5 stars from me. Itβs also a regional chain so gets bonus points for not being a massive chain making all our streets identical.

The most supportive team in town. The food is always presentable, tasty, and very generous. I have been ordering food for events on many occasions, and the team has been very supportive and collaborative, and they actually helped me choose what will best work for my events.

If I could put -2 I would do it. Πvery time I return to this place and give a new chance, I get more and more disappointed. Today was the last time. I ordered sushi and bulgogi for delivery, the sushi was all turned over, I understand that this is the fault of the deliverer but! when you buy sushi from them in the store, they are much more than what I got, this is sushi for a 6-year-old child, they are tiny! I don't know how many times the rice was overcooked, and it tasted like it was food for baby, the bulgogi rice is even worse, the rice was so overcooked that I had a feeling as if someone had already chewed this rice and just spit it out into my plate! the meat was completely without juice. and I'm only talking about this place in Epsom, we have already bought food in Redhill many times and there have never been any problems, it feels like this is a completely different kokoro, the taste of their food is much better. This Kokoro in Epsom disappointed for the umpteenth time. I dont want to write bad comments but this was the last straw. I just threw all my food in the trash, a waste of Β£24. Thank you Epsom Kokoro for the disgusting quality of food you serve to your customers...

It's a little Kokoro on the high street. Great comfort food on a budget! Non pretentious and fresh. Their boxed sushi though is really, really good!

I find that this branch is less tasty than the others I have tried. The sauces seem less flavourful and sweet chilli chicken has less kick. Almost as if they water down the sauce

I mean it is filling but whats the point if the chicken is just oily ? The rice just plain ( no salt) and the noodles over powered by a onion taste . Ive been twice and i havenβt enjoyed it both times . I wont go anymore . Chicken is ΨΩΨ§Ω though which is great .thanks but its a no from me
