   I don't usually leave reviews at Nandos, as its always 5 star. I was served by Harrison and I wanted to share that he was amazing. At a busy time when things can be chaotic, he was very calm, relaxed, spoke to me like a friend and the service was brilliant. These are the type of staff you should hold on to as long as you can.

   We had the most amazing allergy friendly experience this morning, staff helped me go through what was suitable for my toddler (with multiple allergies) and explained to me how they clean down the grill. So thorough with their service, even grabbing me a drink refill , making my solo parent outing much more manageable! Thank you to all the wonderful team that dealt with me this morning ❤️

   Nando’s is always the same really but it’s good food! This Nando’s is in the food court at white rose and is often very busy but still waits are never very long and service is prompt! I like the butterfly chicken with chips and garlic bread. Staff are nice and polite too.

   Located in the food court of White Rose this Nando’s is busy at most times however that said waits are not too long and service is prompt. Hosted by friendly and polite staff. The restaurant area, restrooms and kitchen areas look spotlessly clean. Food…. it's Nando’s… it's fresh, it's tasty, it's spicy. Just one negative comment about Nando's in general. They allegedly offer 10% NHS discount, however it is always capped at £4.00… that is not 10% (especially given how expensive Nando's can get when you're there as a family)

   I haven't be to Nandos for about 10 years and was reluctant this time if I'm honest but gave it a go and was pleasantly surprised. Yes the portion sizes are a little small for the price paid but what you do get is tasty and the novelty of the sauces still appeals. Service was good after an initial 20 minute wait for a table (it's smaller inside than I thought) but once in it's all really efficient with (most of) the staff being really friendly. I won't rush to return as there's other options I prefer when spending £50 to feed 3 people but I wouldn't resist for another 10 years :)

   Would just like to say a massive thank you to Simon and his team tonight (28/01/23)- it’s been lovely. I had an issue where I ordered the food but it didn’t go through properly, unbeknownst to me, however when the app informed me of this 20 minutes later, I spoke to Simon, he explained what had happened and the whole team ensured our food came out as quickly as possible so our wait wasn’t any longer than it had to be. The food was absolutely amazing and the team seemed to get along so well with each other that it made such a friendly and welcoming environment. I don’t usually write reviews, but because of how nice this visit was, I felt it was imperative to show my thanks :)

   Not been for a couple of years, and proper enjoyed it, very well cooked and tasty especially the garlic sauce which gives a bit if a kick.. tender chicken, crunchy fries, tasty rice. Only 1 thing I didn't like was the garlic bread, bit hard probably over cooked 'hence 4*

   Truly an awful, and expensive experience. We ordered the boneless meal with 4 choices of sides and that came with "2" chicken breasts and 4 chicken thighs. For the first time I had to say something to the waitress. The 2 breasts were very overcooked and tiny. I've seen one breast bigger than those. To their credit she just apologised and within a minute brought us another one that was cooked spot on. But it was still tiny. Overall the worst cost to food ratio I've witnessed in a long time. And up there for worst food to eat also...

   Another great dinner at Nandos! Went to dinner while shopping, we waited about 20 min which I think is great as it was quite busy and you don't have to wait there, they text you when your table is ready. The staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. The food was delicious and it came quite fast considering how busy it was. Note: I definitely recommend trying the Rainbow Slaw.
