   I had a fantastic experience at YO! Sushi Cheshire Oaks and would happily recommend it. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and lively, making it a great place to enjoy a relaxed meal. The food was excellent — fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. There was a great variety to choose from, and everything we tried tasted high quality and well prepared. The conveyor belt was well stocked, and any dishes ordered directly arrived quickly and exactly as expected. What really stood out was the service. Our server, a young female member of staff, was absolutely lovely — polite, attentive, and very professional. She made us feel welcome, checked in at the right times, and was happy to help with any questions. Her friendly attitude genuinely added to the overall experience. Overall, YO! Sushi Cheshire Oaks delivered great food, great service, and a really enjoyable dining experience. I’ll definitely be returning and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

   So I decided to order from this restaurant through Uber Eats and the picture shows what this restaurant believes is an acceptable portion of popcorn shrimp for almost £9! Having ordered this plenty of times in the restaurant I know first hand that this is not the portion I would be presented with. Uber Eats are refusing to refund me as apparently ‘this has been prepared correctly’ which is a blatant lie. My cats get a bigger portion of food so to think this is acceptable is disgraceful. The food was cold and the box was soggy. Bloody £9 for this is actual daylight robbery!

   Seated quickly which was great. We’ve been to a few Yo Sushi’s before so knew how things worked. We visited on a Monday at mid day. We were waiting for the waiter to return to ask for drinks and this took about 10 minutes. By the time we asked for drinks we also ordered a rice bowl each. The rice bowl was cooked brilliantly by the chefs, and served in 10 minutes - beating the drinks. The drinks finally arrived (two glasses of Coke) another 5 minutes later. We then had to chase down a waiter to pay so we could leave, which took a while to arrange. Plenty of options were on the conveyors, and all food tasted brilliantly, and cleanliness was in good order. The restaurant could just do with more table service staff to look after everyone, as others struggled with lengthy wait times also.

   I do love a YOSushi - the food as always was delicious & the chef's were helpful & pleasant. The reason for 3 stars is simply that the front of house were not up to the usual standard I expect at YO. We waited for a good 6 minutes at the front desk without any acknowledgement of our existence & when we eventually were taken to seating we were just told it's all a bit difficult still at the minute with a combination of scanning an app to order and picking food up off the conveyor belt but then she rushed off without any further help or instruction. Maybe they were just having a bad day & we were unlucky.

   Our first visit here and we can say that it is okay enough to fill your hungry tummy. The overall order process was actually fine. Orders will come in front of you from conveyor. If you've been to Japan yourself you know why you may not want to come back.

   came to yo sushi today it is my favourite place the food is beautiful you have to try everything it really is special. Only problem is teying to walk or even fit through the door when your finished...i love it and the staff are mega friendly and nothing is too much for them

   Amazing experience never been to YO! Before and the food was amazing. Really quick to come to us and we didn’t have a booking, but the waitress could get us a table straight away and talk us through the process of what to do which is ordering and paying through the QR code that takes you to the website. Really good prices aswell for what you get. If you are wanting a nice bit of food whilst you are having a trip around Cheshire oaks it is well worth it. Do make sure if you want, to book before hand because it can get really busy in there, as when we were eating the place was full and they did start to turn people away/ telling them there was a 30min wait which is normal.
