Just lost a star due to the speed of service, or rather lack of it because 5 Guys wasn't that busy when I went. Only had a Milkshake Probably one of the most expensive Milkshakes from any chain type store in the UK at £6.15 but really good !! I went to try the Cinnamon Bun but not really to my taste, nothing wrong with it though !
Food was good as is usual but there were a couple of mistakes with the order, and it is expensive vs other fast food places.
Lovely burger, authentic taste, great portions sizes.
Good fries and shake, burger was raw though. Clearly had heat up too high trying to cook it faster when in reality its just burned the outside n left inside uncooked
I tried a burger from here for the first time and was surprised by how good it was. The burger meat was really tender and perfectly cooked. I had the bacon cheeseburger and thoroughly enjoyed it. I also got the large Cajun fries and it was insane how much you get for the price. I think I would go with the small next time because they're very generous. The staff were courteous and the service was quick. They do refillable drinks and they also serve alcohol. Overall a pleasant experience for fast food and I would recommend.
Excellent I haven't been to a five guys before so was open minded and it excelled my expectations absolutely quality the burgers are tasty and filling and the chips where do I even start you get so many they must be the best chips I've ever eaten sensational keep up the great work five guys your smashing it just like your burgers
Just burger and chips , nothing to blow your mind. They do give plenty of chips , pricey tho , you will be fine with a small portion. Burgers are about a tenner each and they are very nice and juicy , quality . But you have to buy chips separate and drinks . No meal deals . They also do milkshakes . The staff were helpful and friendly and the place was clean . But for 15 quid per burger chips and pop , i probably will not be coming bk so quick
Before eating here, last time I ate at 5 guys was 10 years ago. Hopefully next time will be in another 10 years. The 2 star review is for the quality of the burger for the price paid for. I wouldn't try again. If you really like burgers you have to go somewhere else. If you don't care for the quality of the food, this is good enough. Still expensive for what it is.
What you’d expect from a five guys, the burgers are packed full of flavour as are the fries. A large fries is definitely enough for two people. Service is quick and the staff are friendly! Lost a star as they’re notorious for being so expensive.
