Staff are always hard working. They do a great job keeping the shelves stocked

It's got a good variety due to it being a decent size building and pretty easy to find things staff are helpful and if early enough can get your order delivered if you ask at the checkout

This has to be the worst Iceland store I have ever visited, consistently only one check out with 5 plus people in the queue. The layout is just as most Iceland stores. The service is about the same as other Iceland stores and the stock levels are pretty much identical. But the downside to this is when they are stocking up they are all over the places, boxes, trolleys, cardboard and plastic. The staff a reasonably pleasant and it’s relatively clean. But your longest part of your visit will be the checking out. Good luck and may the odd be in your favour.

Some good deals and friendly staff. Can get lottery here too. Often have quality food for £1. Great choice of frozen food. fresh sandwich fillers and snacks. Only down side is last time I tried the 10 for £10 deal it didn’t go through and ended up paying the full price instead. Would only try 10 for £10 deal as a separate transaction from now on.

Easy parking so a good start. very clean in the store with loads of choices , good prices and very helpful checkout staff... over 60s get a good discount on a Tuesday - bonus. It was our 1st time at Iceland -we will be back . A pleasant shopping experience.

Customer service by one member of staff was terrible. His attitude was awful. Long queues at tills, so he shut a till, which obviously led to longer queues.

Always a massive que no matter what time of day! Needs more staff, staff who can crack a smile - the customer service is awful in there! They don’t even speak to the customers or even bother to tell you the price at the end just expect you to look and the screen & pay I find it very rude. Also place needs a serious refurbished it’s very outdated and never anything in there.

Iceland food is fantastic and great value for money. The person serving was very helpful and friendly as were the staff around the store. The first aisle is too narrow I am not sure about the others. It's an issue if two people are in the same aisle as at some points you can't pass each other. Great store though overall.
