   Absolutely shocking experience today. Two female staff members were extremely rude, couldn’t have been any slower!!! : one in particular rolled her eyes several times when serving. Four other people walked out whilst we waited for our order which took over 15 minutes to even take, let alone serve. The food was rubbish, the girl serving gave the smallest portions, a teaspoon of coleslaw, a tiny portion of salad and the coldest and most dry jacket potato I’ve ever experienced in my life! As if that wasn’t bad enough after her terrible manners, pathetic portions and awful food, I then went to take a sip of my cappachino and there was a big dirty mousy brown hair hanging off the side of the cup! Toilets are disgusting and I had to ask for toilet roll which again resulted in an eye roll and another 10 minute wait to get it. I’ll never return to this place. Owner needs to get on top of it, staff are seriously lacking in customer service skills and food is shocking! Hygiene is awful! Staff members manners are lacking completely! I was made to feel like I should be apologising for an abysmal service. Never again!!!!!

   Bought and give the teacakes to the birds, I noticed they sold wagon wheels for £1.30, mega profit from a multi pack that's not supposed to be sold separately, didn't rate it much today, but I've enjoyed other food from here, but some prices need be looked at

   I went here yesterday with my mum and daughter, I have not had a wink of sleep through throwing up, my whole body aches, I can't take any of my usual meds because it's hard keeping water down at this point. We had the breakfast my mum didn't eat hers and is fine, I really wish I hadn't now. This is horrific. I have a 6 month old baby to look after and breastfeed.

   Always brilliant food/coffee from here. shame can never sit outside as it’s the same people you see sat outside all day. Should have a rotation system in place especially on the nicer days

   Myself and my hubby visit quite often. The best lattes in town. Staff are so friendly. Nothing is to much trouble. Uncle Jimmy goes 6 days a week to socialise. The staff are wonderful with him. It's a great place to sit and have a coffee on a nice day. Keep up the great work Wigan See you soon.

   another great site for Bap in centre of Wigan. Offer same great service and comfort. Tried a breakfast deal which can't be beaten for price and quality. Hand made cakes look amazing to go with great coffee as well.
