Server was kind, food was delicious, prices aren’t too bad. The upstairs has seats with plugs to charge your phone, and everything is really clean. The decor is a bit industrial, but it didn’t effect my experience.
I really like this restaurant that serves sushi along with Japanese and Korean dishes, and I’m glad they use halal meat. There are plenty of menu options to choose from. The service is fast, the prices are affordable, and the portions are generous. The flavours suit our taste very well. There are also many seats available upstairs if you prefer to dine in. The staff are friendly and welcoming.
Just a great place in the center of Liverpool. We ordered two spicy salmon poke and it looks amazing and tastes incredible. Thank you so much to the Kokoro team!
My experience at Kokoro Liverpool was very disappointing. The Sweet & Chilli Chicken was not up to standard at all — it tasted overwhelmingly like salsa rather than the proper flavour it should have, and it was completely different to what I’ve had at other Kokoro branches. The quality was nowhere near what I expected. On top of that, the dish wasn’t even properly prepared, as the meat hadn’t been fully mixed or coated. This felt careless and far below the usual standard of Kokoro. For a brand that is normally consistent, this was unacceptable and I left very unhappy with my meal.
Delicious food, quickly prepared. Sraff were friendly and efficient. Ample seating upstairs. We had katsu curry with rice at a very reasonable price for a good size portion. Only issue was lack of toilets on the day we visited.
Kokoro was fantastic. Lovely food and quick waiting time, Staff were polite and portions were huge with very good prices. Had very tasty vegan and vegetarian dishes as well as meat and fish. Side dishes were also really well priced. Loved it. A little cold in dine in area but not really an issue.

I had the salmon lover set. Great value for money, fresh food and lovely service. Plenty of dining in space upstairs too. Would definitely go back again.
