Have been to this Wagas 3 times in the last month, staff are amazing and very helpful. The service is always good and so is the food. Had no issues with special requests and food was served quickly. The atmosphere is always great, a little busy in the evenings but nothing you wouldn’t expect.
Great food and friendly service. They changed my seat without any problem, because it was a bit cold where I was originally sitting. Really appreciated that!
Service was very good, prompt and the servers were happy to explain the menu and provide recommendations. Food was well presented and tasted good. We had the ramen bowl with a good portion size. One of us had the Donburi rice bowl which was quite a bit smaller than the ramen bowl in terms of portion size. Student discount of 20% off the whole bill is generous. My only critique is the wagamama app, this is not an issue directly about this store but Wagamama in general, a tip of 10% is automatically applied in the app, and there is no obvious option for not to leave a tip (you have to press a small link at the bottom of the screen which is less prominent than the other tipping options). In Japan I understand it is very uncommon for people to tip and therefore since Wagamama is Japanese-themed, I would expect that a tip be requested as entirely optional instead of enticing people to leave a tip with an option to decline being smaller and less visible.
The staff were very helpful and very welcoming. The place was very clean, and the atmosphere was great. The food was very expensive, but tasted good. Not as good as last time I had it though.
Not very impressed with the chilli chicken ramen. As shows on the picture all the paste stayed in the bottom, was not mixed up whatsoever. Too taste blend, bottom This strong mix. Wok greens portion size was smaller than any other venues. Service was good, location great too..
Good, interesting food with friendly efficient service. Menu is clear to understand and I look forward to trying other dishes in the future. Reasonable prices too. They seem very good for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.
Had a lovely lunch here with the wife on Tuesday afternoon the place was not rammed which was nice. I had the chilli chicken ramen and a miso soup which were delicious and expertly prepared as usual. Special mention to our server Lauren who was bloody lovely. It's rare that you see someone so nice and enthusiastic these days, she was lovely to chat to. She definitely deserves and extra day off or a pay rise. 10/10 would come here again
Had a fantasic meal here last night it is now one of our favourite Restaurant to go to !! The food is always fresh and tasty with great Ingredients and the menu has so much to choose from , great for Vegans too( 50% of the menu is Vegan ) the service is so fast and very Efficient and they are so helpful with the menu !! This place is always busy but you can't book in advance but has a fast turn around we only had to wait a couple of minutes to get a seat !!
