Rude staff.. just been in a stuck a sticker on door so had finshed my shop when told cant pay whith cash card only....
Very good service also same day delivery. Also good offers and do not forget the card . I saved £70 just by rounding up the shop.
As stated by other reviewers, very slow service! Never enough staff and the shop is just too small for all the produce, it gives me anxiety going in here. If in a hurry avoid.
Takes forever to get served at Wigan shop. Better Iceland shops in other towns. e.g Chorley always have plenty of staff and tills open. If you are in a hurry don't go here.
It's a nice place to buy food I find it cheap it hasn't changed.

Good choice of food at reasonable prices. Only downside are the narrow isles and the clutter they leave in them. Can be very difficult to walk around when busy due to lack of space
Did my shop, got to the till n then found out there was no van to do deliveries. But advertising there was. Gutted. But at least the guy was polite in informing me. Stocks were at a good level clean and tidy also.
Last time I was here I was stood in the queue for several minutes on my own whilst staff were adding stock further away. I heard them say a few times that someone was waiting, but no one ever came. Most of the time there is no problem, although they should generally open a 2nd till if it is 8.45am, you have maybe 3 items and 2 people in front of you are getting a home delivery sorted which might take 20 minutes.
