   An utter clown show, I went in to order rather using the app and was completely ignored for 15 minutes. A customer in front of me had done the same and had been waiting absolutely ages for his pizzas to be made. The staff were rude and clearly couldn't have cared less about customer service, just robots doing what a screen told them to do. I left without ordering. I'm not really a fan of domino's anyway, they're stupidly expensive and not that great but this has just confirmed what I already know, support your local pizza place! Zero stars.

   I had ordered a pizza, and it had way too much sauce, cheese and oil. I had even called and specifically requested less sauce and less cheese, but still, it turned out extremely cheesy and oily.

   This place are a disgrace. They tried to charge me £35.99 for this pizza (see pics). They then tried to make out it eas my fault as I ordered incorrectly. The fact is, they were aware of the 'mistake' yet still charged and sent the pizza. They have since refunded £16. Had I not questioned it they would have happily charged the £36. When I called to complain they knew who.i was before I even gave my name. Shame on them. Dominos head office and trading standards are being contacted.

   Was delivered the pizza pictured. Completely raw!!!!!!! Staff on phone so rude and won’t refund the order without me returning it, which means I have to go out my way for their problem. Concerning that this wasn’t flagged before being sent out for delivery. Completely unsafe to eat. I advise you do not order from here. And I would like a refund.

   This would have been zero if possible. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. After several clarifications on the phone of my place being a house # and not a flat #, and that they would have to ring the buzzer not call, they still sent my pizza to the wrong place. This could have been overlooked if they, the driver and in house staff, had shown any remorse or concern whatsoever especially after being told that it was meant for 8 year olds who had been waiting 4 hours for it and their (all staff) obvious challenges with communicating in English. They were extremely rude and even condenseding; asking if I was complaining because I wanted them to give me a pizza! When I asked for a refund, and to speak to a manager, they then weakly offered me a pizza which I rejected (like I would ever eat there again). Then they said the refund would take 7 days.I stood and waited there for 30 minutes for them to "process" my refund. Honestly, the standards of most places we have come to know and love continue to fall because of the calibre of people allowed to work and run them. No decency.

   I love Dominos Pizzas, however not from the Ancoats outlet. The pizzas are not made to spec, always missing toppings even when extra has been paid for and to 'top it off' the staff are disgustingly rude. I can safely say I will NEVER return to this branch again!
