I ordered crispy belly pork. Although it tasted delicious, it was definitely not crispy. I sent it back because I’d ordered crispy. It was returned to me 10 minutes later, having been seared with a blow torch. This just made it taste burnt. So I sent it back and said I would be happy to accept the pork as it originally came as a new plate because it was delicious. 20 minutes later, by which time my daughter had finished her meal well before, I said cancel it and give us the bill. The bill came with the belly pork included. They did remove it but the whole evening was a treat for my daughter and it was ruined

Very disappointed. I went for a roast dinner with some friends and it is totally overpriced at £25. If the meat had been good quality maybe that would be ok but the lamb was two slices of fatty meat, 1 parsnip, 1 miniscule piece of broccoli. My meal arrived without roast potatoes. I had to ask for mine. Two very hard potatoes came. I had indigestion afterwards. I would not go back.

Went for lunch and I had chargrilled chicken rigatoni. My wife had pan fried salmon gnocchi and my son had sirloin steak. Not one complaint or critique!!! The food was absolutely gorgeous!! Worth every penny!!!

Called in today for the first time whilst visiting Southport. Guy on hotel reception was so polite and showed us into the restaurant (for a late lunch). Wow what can I say. Staff were impeccable and the service was 1st class. The food was heavenly and not expensive even with wine. Will definitely visit when next in Southport.

Usually an excellent restaurant but last night they only had a limited menu because of some issues in the kitchen. Maybe call your bookings so they could have a choice of changing their bookings. Myself and my Fiancee travelled a fair distance to the restaurant so turning back hungry wasn't an option but a call from Vincent's earlier in the day would have been appreciated. The food we did choose last night was excellent (as usual)

As usual, we had a good dinner here in very convivial surroundings. Food is well cooked and presented. A fairly small menu, with solid favourites that are great to come back to. While not cheap, it represents good value

Excellent service, booked a table in the pacific restaurant in the back, great atmosphere, excellent mood, couldn’t fault food or service, quite pricey but you get what you pay for - Thankyou for excellent family experience accommodating our little girl during post lockdown Christmas visit
