Food was very delicious. I love beef rice and vanilla choux. Japanese savoury pancake was not bad, but the portion was rather small. Waiter and waitress were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and tidy.
I was looking for a Katsu curry place outside the city center and I'm glad I've found this one. The staff was very friendly and curry was really nice. The sauce had a good flavour and I loved pickled veggies on the side for the fresh punches between meat and curry bites. A little bit more rice and sauce would be nice, but overall a great comfort food making you feeling good.
What a lovely find, this little gem on Aigburth Road. And nice little menu that offers a variety of Asian flavours, my favourite so far being the cauliflower dish. Every plate came out freshly made and very well presented, by a very welcoming host. Lovely food and vibes overall, will definitely be visiting often.
Absolutely incredible, went for my birthday meal and everything was lovely, we enjoyed how quiet and relaxed the atmosphere was and ate in peace. The food was delicious and the portions just right, also received a little treat for my birthday which was so kind thank you so much!! I will recommend this gem to whoever I know =)
Visited a few days ago and food was great, we ordered tofu udon, sweet potato katsu and karage chicken - all served fresh and piping hot. I'd definitely order it all again. The quality of the food could definitely be from a larger place or somewhere in town. Edit: the caramel choux bun was so delicious I couldn't take a picture before we scoffed the whole thing.
Fantastic little place serving Japanese inspired food and beautifully simple menu of four main courses in fish, meat and vegan variations. All surpassed my expectations, which were already high, with 10hr braised beef Gyudon and triple-fried chicken kara-age particular highlights.....well worth straying a little out of town, or a bit further down Lark Lane to find - FANTASTIC
