Best frozen supermarket don't think there's nothing you carnt get from there do my Christmas food shopping there every year.
Went today as it was ten items for £10 on certain items. Most of the things where our of stock on this occasion so may need to try another time and day. Most of the freezer items where lower price from day 3 months ago. Was not busy on Sunday morning either 2.1.25. 10 for £10 All in stock. Woodfire pizzas 1.75. 10 cheese fulled dough balls 1.75 All freezers fully stocked. Came out with 4 fully rammed bags for life for under £48. Half of it was iceland brand, but all the 1.75 and 10 for a tenner was Chicago town,but.Matthew's etc.
My partner thinks the own brand curries at 2 for £4 are decent value as they are fairly generous, so we stopped by to pick some up. We were open to temptation by other things but nothing seemed great value. To me it seemed like the sort of shop that tries to look like a great bargain value shop, and put big signs up about their 'low' prices but when you compare the price elsewhere, it isn't often a great bargain. I nearly picked up a packet of crumpets for £1, but that about 20% more than they are in my supermarket, so I left them there! (I know.... I'm a penny pincher, but actually I am more proud than ashamed! ☺️ )
I had a terrible experience in this store with the cashier. She was incredibly rude, superior and condescending when I tried to pay for my shopping. She argued about nothing at all and tried to humiliate me in the store. I called the manageress Hope and she was useless. She wasn't interested in following any kind of due process for complaints and smirked when I told her how the incident had upset me. The culture towards the customer and customer service is entirely toxic. This is unacceptable.
Great range of food plus great prices. Use Iceland regularly

Rude middle-aged woman with black hair working on the checkouts! Just beware of her! Very unorganised when it's busy, hardly anywhere to cue!!! Sort it out!!!
