   This store looked decent for a long time, it now looking tired and urgently needed a refurb. Produce and product offer are decent, not the cheapest in the market, but that's not why to go to Sainsbury's.

   Can't pack an order to save their lives. Its a list, work down the list, put all the items in bags, put those bags together, check the label for all bags, which will literally have 1/x on them, hand all bags to driver. Its a very simple job yet they struggle to do it.

   I've been using this Chesterfield store for years and it's pretty good BUT the loos in there are declining with every visit. Yesterday the disabled toilet looked like a crime scene from outside with a massive taped X stating DO NOT USE. Hard luck if you have a disability! The ladies had a cubicle with a non functioning lock, leaving only 2 in operation. Also, for some weeks now, the checklist to show they are being monitored and cleaned has disappeared without trace. I wonder why?! Taps weren't functioning properly either and for many many weeks a while back all of the loo paper dispensers were broken. Frankly the whole thing is pretty disgraceful and not a very pleasant experience. Toilets seem to be an afterthought in this store and are more of an inconvenience, than a convenience.

   Much better than Tesco now in my opinion, great selection of food, alcohol, homeware and a large section for cosmetics and skincare. Some decent offers in store. Particularly like how Argos is inside the store so is now open later than it used to be. Will be shopping here again in the future.

   Very well laid out store, just don't go expecting to be in and out very quickly, this place is massive and appears to stock everything you could need for daily living. I don't do store by store price comparisons so I won't try to rate it as being any more or less expensive than any other supermarket but what I can say is that the prices seemed reasonable and the quality of the produce was excellent. The store was clean and tidy.

   Plenty of parking. A nice clean welcoming store including loos. Everything you'd expect from Sainsbury''s. Nice and handy for me after visiting Sunday car boot. Will certainly use again. 29/1/23 A much better store than Mansfield's Sainsbury's

   Went looking for school uniform, very limited stock and no changing rooms available (they have been shut permanently). Ended up leaving without what I went for and ordered online with a competitor. For kids clothing it's kind of important you stock for all ages and especially for teen girls they have scope to see what fits and what doesn't
