   There's more than a hint of 'scam artist' about these folks. I was going to order via their app, and collect – it offered a 20% discount on the first order. As I went to checkout, it advised that not only would there be a 20 minute wait, but there was also a 50p service charge, and no mention of the promised discount. So what is the 'service' here? This isn't sit-down table service; I'm collecting the food. And if it's to cover the transaction fees or the cost of the app, I suggest you build that into your prices rather than trying to sting your potential customers. And I do mean 'trying' – I cancelled the order and went to the Oak Chinese nearby and got the same dish for less money in five minutes. Finally – the app asks for access to Facebook or the creation of a login, which makes that charge even more egregious; I'm giving you my data and you want to charge me for the privilege? I'll pass, thanks. I'd love to have a response to this, but the lack of response to the many negative reviews for this place speaks volumes about their attitude towards their customers.

   If I could, I would rate this restaurant with actually -5 stars. I really suggest you not to buy from this takeaway as they are very unreliable. I waited for 3 hours for my food to come and still didn’t receive it. They also charged me even though I haven’t got it. When contacting them several times I was giving the most disgusting customer service, where each time I was promised that my order will be delivered in 15 minutes. Pathetic customer care.

3. Bean me up Coffee! ★★☆☆☆

   The Bento Box was nicely packaged. Decent portion sizing. However, the vegetable tempura was awful. I’ve honestly had waaay better Japanese. If you’ve ever had genuine Japanese cuisine then you’ll know this isn’t even close to that.

   First time I order from here via Just eat we had chicken katsu bento, chicken ramen and chocolate dorayaki for dessert all amazing my 5yr old daughter liked the chicken from bento :)

   Delicious food! The sushi is beautiful! And the presentation is lovely! Also the katsu chicken was very tasty and again the presentation was great! Fast delivery and hot ready to eat! This was my first time ordering from Tans kitchen and cant wait to order again soon. This will definitely be my go to place frm now on! Thank you!

   I think this is a great local takeaway and doesn't deserve the low ratings. The sushi is great, the Thai is good and the Chinese is a cut above regular takeaways. They are always discounting and they are a jolly bunch to interact with if you go in on foot. Also they are often open earlier and WAY later than the listed times. During summer they were taking orders until 2:30 am!

   just ordered from them, food came fast however thats probably the only good thing, squid was soggy and rubbery however flavor was good, noodles were dry and had a prawn that gave off a very bad off fishy taste. Rest of my meal was mediocre, shame as this place seems like it has good potential but when you spend your hard earned money and in return get poor quality, its disappointing.
