   I am a fan of Itsu and visit many across London (and the UK when possible). However, if all of them had a person working there like Priyanka, it would be make the experience even more amazing. She engaged in conversation with me, was interested and interesting, and even offered me a free miso soup on a cold Autumn day (after asking me why I haven't downloaded the Itsu app yet, even though I'm there a LOT)! She was exceptional. Itsu should promote her and use her to train other stores on what exceptional customer service looks like.

   I love this itsu for its location and views, however, today (Fri 26th Sep) I had more reason to like it then usual. The lovely Priyanka was kind enough to strike up a non-invasive, very helpful conversation about my lovely vegan gyoza miso soup lunch, and asked if I had used my reward code. I admitted I haven’t yet got to grips with it and she kindly talked me through how I am able to get rewards, snacks and money off itsu’s lovely vegan range using the qr code in the app. I thanked her and her kindness and helpfulness- it really made my day. A very successful visit thanks to the combined efforts of veggie gyoza and lovely Priyanka at itsu Cheapside.

   Really, really great food. I had the Korean odon noodle bowl and the Ava ago roll. Both tasted amazing and were fresh. Service was quick and the location is very clean.

   Service was quick but some food are hit and miss. It depends on what you order, some can be really good but at times it can be over seasoned. It has variety of healthy food to offer but not so fresh at times. Overall it's a decent sushi restaurant.

   This ITSU is located in the busy area. People from nearest offices and tourists are the main customers. Good variety of sushi, salmon sashimi, gyoza, salads. That serve bao bans, hot rice and noodles, miso, etc. A hot tea is available. You can seat inside or outside. We ordered different noodles, had some rolls, a green tea and miso. It was good, hot, fresh. We liked this funny spoon&fork:) The only thing I don’t like, tables were dirty, crumps, sticky spots from sauce and bins were overfilled with garbage.
