Service was absolutely shocking, Waited over 30 mins for our glasses/perinaise, stood at the counter to get the glasses and was ignored by 3 team members burger came out undercooked/pink. Food was lukewarm at best. I wouldn’t mind if it was busy however the restaurant was practically empty

UPDATE REACHED OUT AS REQUESTED BELOW TO BE TOLD THE PORTION SIZES AND EVERYTHING IN THE PICTURES ATTACHED IS DEEMED ACCEPTABLE EXCEPT THE GRAVY SHOCKING! I went back after its makeover, everything looked good except the food that came to the table. I was mortified. I rarely make a complaint but this was the worst visit to any Nando’s I’d ever had by a mile and even any food place I’ve been for a very very long time. I’d get more sauce out of a McDonald’s dip compared to the sweet chilli jam and even the chicken gravy portion sizes was absolutely shocking! The sweet potato fries portion size accumulated to probably less than the size of one potato and the pic taken looks like there was a lot more than there was trust me. My order was for butterfly chicken with no skin so when it came there’d flavour in the chicken, came with skin and I’d of taken it off but I mentioned it and the staff member nicely offered to get it taken off so I thought ok. He took it to kitchen and was going around the other tables there was about 7 customers in there maximum and it was very quiet and not even busy or I’d of understood. I was waiting atleast 8 minutes for it before I had to ask another member of staff for my food whilst every other plate on the table went cold (2 halloumi jam, the unacceptable portion of wedges, a chicken mac n cheese wrap my friend was waiting to eat, the maybe 2 teaspoon fulls of chicken gravy) when the chicken came she said it had been on the grill. Everything else was cold. I expressed I was not impressed at all. She left and I cut it up and had to stop in complete disbelief. Look at the pictures to see for yourself (the wedges next to the chicken came off the plate after I took the pic of them on the plate on their own). I had a glance back at the menu too. Take note of the bowl with the gravy next to the festive burger pictured. As far as I’m concerned that’s false advertisement straight away. If portion sizes are being reduced the bowl size should most certainly be too and it should be pictured as a true reflection so to not mislead. My chicken was the only warm thing there and it was so dry and everything else cold and a member of staff then came over to ask what was wrong as I was trying to hurry to eat the food to save any warmth left in it all and I said I’d rather not discuss it right now so she left. She tried but the damage was already done. I find it very very unlikely I’ll be going back to the Stockport Nando’s if any at all. I visit multiple different Nando’s and never had a problem with the food like this. Hugely disappointed is a massive understatement. I left and then went to Tim Hortons over the road as I didn’t want to be in there another second. I didn’t even go to refill my drink it was that bad.

I’ve been to so many Nando’s and this one was the best. The level of service was just unmatched. The staff were efficient in meeting people at the door and seating them. Our food came in less than 10 minutes and was sooo good. The chips were so fresh and the sunset burger was perfect! Also, I ordered a sprite and it came already filled. I’ve never had that in Nando’s before, usually you just get an empty glass and you have to fill it yourself. Honestly just an amazing experience. Gonna turn this one into my new usual, it’s a bit further but sooo worth it! Highly recommend

Amazing fresh food as always. Jordan was our server today and he was amazing, words can't express how he made our autistic sons birthday today... he went above and beyond in every way and even sang happy birthday with us. He deserves a special recognition for being epic.

Not a Nando's fan and it had been some time since I last visited one, so I thought I'd give it a go again for lunch. Nothing has changed apart from an increase in price. Average chicken, average macaroni and cheese, average houmous, and average coleslaw. However, I do think the halloumi sticks were very tasty, as was the cheesy garlic pitta. The unlimited drinks were also good. Overall, just very average.

Disgusted with the portion size of the gravy delivered by Deliveroo. Pretty much empty pots for £2 each. Complained to Deliveroo but they weren't interested. Will never use Deliveroo or visit Nando's again. Terrible, both of them.

You get the sense some staff are willing to go above and beyond for the customers, while others aren't. The manager or shift leader, whatever she's called, was amazing at keeping the hectic and fast-paced environment moving and everyone satisfied. Four stars because it's quite small and restroom had multiple technical issues. Otherwise, highly recommend.

It was my first time at Nando’s and I loved it. The location is really cute and can host loads of people. There’s the free refill station for drinks, frozen yogurt and sauces. The food was delicious: we ordered the hummus and garlic bread for starters; then I got the butterfly chicken breast with “minty” peas and fries; the other main was 1/2 chicken with rainbow slaw and piripiri fries (we paid £40 tmore or less: 2 starters, 2 main, 2 free refill drinks). In the end we were full and satisfied (honestly, I would have liked more fries on my plate). The staff is lovely and attentive (definitely too many people but I guess it may get really busy at times). I had the pleasure to meet Patricia, friendly and chatty, made the whole experience even better. In my opinion is a great option to eat out, spend a fair amount and eat relatively healthy! I went back a week later again ahah ;)

What can you say about Nandos that hasn't already been said? Great food, nice atmosphere, an all round solid place to eat at.

This is a really good little branch, it can get busy and there's currently no waiting in because the area seating was in is now taken up as a takeaway / collection area. The staff are some of the best I've seen, especially the lady who greeted us on the way and the young lad who we ordered with. Food is spot on.
