“It was nice to see familiar faces after a year away. The food and service were excellent; the paneer cocktail was something I had never had before, the naans were incredibly fluffy, and the cobra was delicious. The total cost came to about £28 per person. I'm happy to confirm that Marple Spice remains fantastic. The staff was so kind and we will definitely be returning.”

“Just received an Uber eats delivery! First time trying and wow, honestly stunned as to how fresh, tasty, authentic and delicious this whole meal was. I rarely order Chinese any more as it’s so hit and miss. But the salt and pepper ribs (without batter) were just unreal, meat falling off the bone, super tasty sautéed veg, you can tell they’ve put a lot of love into every dish here and as a fellow chef I really appreciate it! Feels worth the spend, ten fold when the quality is this high. Sweet and sour chicken was just 10/10, really lean crispy chicken pieces, thick high quality sauce, salt and pepper chips, again really tasty, spicy and fresh. Everything perfectly seasoned too! Thank you! You now have a return customer if it continues this way :)”

“All our family went for a Christmas meal on Saturday evening and then onto the Stockport Plaza to see the pantomime. Zizzi had a Christmas menu that was £30 per person for 3 courses. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were very good. We had fantastic service and very friendly staff. We had a lovely evening and would highly recommend Zizzi for a family meal out.”

“Now this place is a real hidden gem! Me and the better half stumbled upon this place after looking for a different food place and I'm so glad we found it! We ordered the steak in a ciabatta with skin on fries. The steak was cooked to perfection along with a good amount of fried onions. The house sauce was amazing too! “Our second visit and again, an absolutely fantastic evening! Superb food, all 3 courses were fantastic just like last time. The house red is brilliant too! The pasta and pizza were great and the ricotta cheesecake was to die for! So so good! Outdoor dinning was lovely in the courtyard. Already looking forward to going back again soon! Highly recommend, gluten free and vegan options available. Perfect for couples and families. It’s an absolute little gem!”

“Would highly recommend for its sublime food and friendly staff. Service certainly isn’t ‘fast food’ (possibly still learning the ropes..!) but very pleasant atmosphere to enjoy time between courses. We (table of 4) sat at 7pm Saturday night, and had the bill at 8:45pm and enjoyed 2 delicious courses each. BYOB executed well, with glasses and corkscrew provided on arrival. Food very reasonably priced for what you get. Thanks guys, awesome meal!”

“We can never ever fault this restaurant. Local to us but worth a drive if you live outside Heaton Moor. So glad they are back open after a holiday closure. Just wished they did orders to be delivered although it's no effort to go to the restaurant and see the lovely staff. The food is fabulous and when family come over from Ireland they ask if we can book a table. Book now you won't be disappointed.”

“Went here for my sister’s 30th for Sunday lunch with my family. The food was incredible and the gravy was so shiny and delicious and there was loads of it! A true northern restaurant. My grandpa also has dementia and we requested that the food was served quickly. They were very accommodating. Can’t wait to come back and try the small plates.”

“The food was great, Borek for starters very nice and the POLLO REINA for main. The chicken was so tender with a smokey grilled taste under the creamy garlic white wine sauce. Even the peppers within the sauce were so tasty. My partner and I were so extremely blessed that they let us have the top floor to ourselves, which really made our night. “Me and my friend love Chinese takeaway and we decided to try that place and honest to god it was so good. We had a create your own noodle box and honestly didn’t disappoint. My friend was so shocked and now every time I see her we always go there to eat. The service is amazing! You can watch them make the food and the drinks there are very cheap. Whenever I eat there I always walk out looking very happy. Best noodle & sushi place ever! If you’re a sushi or ramen/ noodle lover I would definitely recommend going there.
