Ah what a dream date venue. The pastas are INCREDIBLE. We loved it so much we went on Saturday, and have booked for a birthday next Wednesday. It really feels close-knit dining as there are not many covers, maybe 30? And the staff are wonderful, helpful, and really know their menus inside out. We had 2 antipastis, two pastas, and a bread with nduja honey butter to share. Great food and wine, great atmosphere, lovely open kitchen, and the main pastas are actually decent value considering the hours they’ve taken to make.

I recently dined at Sud Pasta and was thoroughly impressed by all the dishes we eat, the house sugo pasta dish was undoubtedly the highlight and was one of the best pasta dishes I've had the pleasure of tasting. The flavours were rich and perfectly balanced, leaving a lasting impression on my taste buds. To complement the meal, we enjoyed a reasonably priced 1-liter carafe of red wine, which added to the overall delightful experience. Highly recommed this place!

Amazing meal, celebrated my brothers 28th birthday here and they made it a really special day. Food was fantastic & huge credit to Toni who was superb for us. First class experience, thank you guys.

Outstanding. The House Sugo was perfect; soft, tender meat with just the right amount of heat, and melting pasts. The anchovy butter in chicken stock pasts was also amazing. I can't believe we waiting so long to go here, but we will be back soon. Also, the waiting staff were universally excellent.

Another excellent meal at Sugo and our first time visiting the new restaurant in Sale. The food was impeccable and the staff were a delight. Recommend going with a hearty appetite as it’s impossible to choose between a starter or a pud when they’re this good!

Sugo was recommended to me as a must eat when visiting Manchester and it did not disappoint. All of the food was absolutely delicious and so fresh. I’d really recommend the Cavatelli ‘verdure’ for main and the burrata. The restaurant was really busy, and had a good atmosphere and prices were really affordable given the quality of the food. Would book again next time I’m here!
